【摘要】：隨著生活垃圾的增多,對(duì)垃圾處理行業(yè)的需求也越來(lái)越高,許多垃圾場(chǎng)運(yùn)行狀況并不理想,主要原因在于缺乏行之有效的成本管理制度。因此如何減低垃圾處理行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目成本是一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題,減低成本企業(yè)才能發(fā)展,才能提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。目前,對(duì)垃圾處理工程引入全壽命周期成本管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)較少,尚處在起步階段,本文以某垃圾處理工程項(xiàng)目為例,從全壽命周期成本角度出發(fā),總結(jié)垃圾處理工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的方法與經(jīng)驗(yàn),為其他類似建設(shè)項(xiàng)目提供借鑒和思考。本文針對(duì)在垃圾處理工程項(xiàng)目中成本管理研究較少的現(xiàn)狀,以全壽命周期成本管理為切入點(diǎn),分析了決策階段、設(shè)計(jì)階段、施工階段、項(xiàng)目投資運(yùn)營(yíng)等階段成本影響因素,及不同因素對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目全壽命周期成本的影響,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目各階段成本實(shí)施控制。運(yùn)用全壽命周期成本管理的理論與方法,對(duì)垃圾處理工程項(xiàng)目成本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行深入分析與思考,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,對(duì)垃圾處理工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全過(guò)程成本管理,并對(duì)成本管理中存在的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,認(rèn)真分析原因并尋找對(duì)策,找出垃圾處理工程項(xiàng)目切實(shí)有效的成本控制方法,對(duì)成本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而提出合理化建議,具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of living garbage, the garbage disposal industry needs more and more high, a lot of landfill operation situation is not ideal, the main reason is the lack of effective cost management system. So how to reduce the waste treatment industry project cost is an urgent problem to be solved, reduce the cost of the enterprise to develop, in order to improve the market competitiveness at present. And less experience on the introduction of life cycle cost management of garbage disposal project, is still in the initial stage, this paper takes a garbage disposal project as an example, from the perspective of the life cycle cost angle, summed up the garbage disposal method of project cost management and experience, and provide a reference for the other similar projects. According to the present situation of research cost management in engineering projects in the garbage disposal, based on the life cycle cost management as the breakthrough point, analyzes the decision-making stage. Design stage, construction stage, the factors affecting the project investment operation cost, and the influence of different factors on the life cycle cost of the project, and implement the cost control of the various stages of the project. By using the theory and method of life cycle cost management, in-depth analysis and thinking of the garbage disposal project cost structure, combined with the engineering example and the whole process cost management of project, garbage disposal, and the existing problems in cost management, according to the actual situation, a careful analysis of the causes and to find countermeasures, find out the garbage disposal project control method of real effective cost, the cost structure analysis, and put forward reasonable suggestions, has certain theoretical guidance.
