【摘要】：酸性礦山污水已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重的危害了人類賴以生存的環(huán)境。本文設(shè)計了一款基于泥漿法酸性污水處理的自動控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)不僅實現(xiàn)了電石乳投放、絮凝劑加入、廢水流量等自動化控制。同時采用了中和反應(yīng)攪拌系統(tǒng),提高了控制系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確率。根據(jù)實驗測試結(jié)果顯示,設(shè)計的控制系統(tǒng)處理的某礦區(qū)的酸性廢水能夠達到國際一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時還可以有效地降低運營成本。
[Abstract]:Acid mine sewage has seriously endangered the environment on which human beings live. In this paper, an automatic control system based on mud method for acid wastewater treatment is designed. This system not only realizes the calcium carbide emulsion, but also the flocculant. At the same time, the neutralization reaction mixing system is used to improve the accuracy of the control system. The acid wastewater treated by the designed control system can meet the international discharge standard and reduce the operating cost effectively at the same time.
