【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,工業(yè)化水平不斷提高,我國已從生產(chǎn)力低下的農耕國家轉為現(xiàn)代社會,在這個階段農村要進行改革,建設新型農村是我國現(xiàn)階段亟待需要解決的問題。但是,原來只是把美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設作為新農村建設的一個補充,并沒有從宏觀層面有系統(tǒng)的要求及環(huán)境相關方面的要求。通過本地相關實例,說明鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)建設活動是立足在一定經(jīng)濟基礎上,并對農村建設提出更高要求。現(xiàn)在建設要求與原來偏重硬件建設有明顯區(qū)別,現(xiàn)在本文研究的內容主要更多的偏向于建設、規(guī)劃,更多的與生態(tài)環(huán)境相結合,通過綠色決策、綠色規(guī)劃、綠色建設、綠色管理打造新的鄉(xiāng)村建設活動。所以,從現(xiàn)實意義來講尤其針對蘇南經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的省份,美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設與環(huán)境的聯(lián)系研究有著非常重要的研究意義和現(xiàn)實意義。本文以蘇州吳中區(qū)胥口鎮(zhèn)為例,通過胥口鎮(zhèn)美麗鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)規(guī)劃建設活動分析,對胥口鎮(zhèn)美麗鄉(xiāng)村的生態(tài)規(guī)劃及建設進行調查分析和歸納總結,為全國各地美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of industrialization, our country has changed from a farming country with low productivity to a modern society, and the rural areas should be reformed at this stage. Building a new countryside is an urgent problem to be solved in our country at the present stage. However, it is only a supplement to the construction of the beautiful countryside as a new rural construction. Through local relevant examples, it shows that the rural ecological construction activities are based on a certain economic base. And put forward higher requirements for rural construction. Now construction requirements and the original emphasis on hardware construction is obviously different, now the main content of this study is more inclined to construction, planning, more with the ecological environment. Through green decision-making, green planning, green construction, green management to create new rural construction activities. The study of the relationship between the beautiful rural construction and the environment is of great significance and practical significance. This paper takes Xukou Town in Wuzhong District of Suzhou as an example and analyzes the ecological planning and construction activities of the beautiful countryside in Xukou Town. The ecological planning and construction of beautiful villages in Xukou Town are investigated and summarized to provide reference for the construction of beautiful villages all over the country.
