【摘要】：京津冀霧霾防治在取得一定成績的同時,仍然面臨巨大的環(huán)境壓力。提升京津冀霧霾防治的效果,需要立法先行。通過立法保障京津冀霧霾防治效果的實現(xiàn),需要加強京津冀三地霧霾防治立法的一體化,做到京津冀三地霧霾防治法規(guī)政策的統(tǒng)一性、銜接性以及關(guān)聯(lián)性。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the prevention and cure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei haze is still faced with great environmental pressure. To improve the effect of haze prevention and control, we need to legislate first, and through legislation to ensure the realization of the prevention and cure effect of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei haze. It is necessary to strengthen the integration of haze prevention and control legislation in the three places of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, so as to achieve the unity, cohesion and relevance of the haze prevention and control laws and policies in the three places of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
