【摘要】：土地是人類生存、發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),但是快速的城市化和城鎮(zhèn)化每年使得很多生態(tài)用地轉(zhuǎn)化為建設(shè)用地,結(jié)果導(dǎo)致一系列嚴(yán)峻的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題。在生態(tài)文明建設(shè)背景下,城市發(fā)展需合理規(guī)劃以減少城市發(fā)展對生態(tài)環(huán)境造成的影響,而城市合理規(guī)劃的前提是認(rèn)清土地生態(tài)適宜性及其等級。鑒于此,論文從自然地理、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)限制三方面選取了12個(gè)評價(jià)因子構(gòu)建阻力評價(jià)體系,運(yùn)用"阻力模型"和"最小累積阻力模型"相結(jié)合的方法,并借助GIS空間分析技術(shù)對延龍圖地區(qū)城市土地生態(tài)適宜性及其等級進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:延龍圖地區(qū)城市土地生態(tài)適宜性可分為重點(diǎn)建設(shè)區(qū)(538.55 km~2)、優(yōu)化建設(shè)區(qū)(743.53 km~2)、限制建設(shè)區(qū)(1 887.46 km~2)和禁止建設(shè)區(qū)(1 919.16 km~2)。論文明確各區(qū)空間分布并提出相對應(yīng)的發(fā)展建議,以期為延龍圖地區(qū)城市土地規(guī)劃布局提供理論、技術(shù)、決策支撐與參考。
[Abstract]:Land is the material basis of human survival and development, but the rapid urbanization and urbanization make many ecological land into construction land every year. Under the background of ecological civilization construction, urban development needs reasonable planning in order to reduce the impact of urban development on ecological environment. The premise of urban rational planning is to recognize the land ecological suitability and its grade. In view of this, the paper selects 12 evaluation factors to construct resistance evaluation system from three aspects of natural geography, social economy and ecological restriction. The method of "resistance model" and "minimum cumulative resistance model" are used. The ecological suitability and grade of urban land in Yanlongtu area are evaluated by GIS spatial analysis technique. The results show that the ecological suitability of urban land in Yanlongtu area can be divided into key construction areas (. 538.55 km2). Optimize the construction area (743.53 km2). Restricted construction area (1 887.46 km2) and prohibited construction area (1 919. 16 km / 2). The paper defines the spatial distribution of each district and puts forward corresponding development suggestions. In order to provide theory, technology, decision support and reference for the layout of urban land planning in Yanlongtu area.
