【摘要】:隨著海洋資源開發(fā)的深入,國家對海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測技術(shù)的重視程度不斷增加。近年來,海床基作為環(huán)境監(jiān)測設備在海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測方面的到了廣泛應用。但是海床基的低回收成功率一直是限制其發(fā)展的重要原因。吸附力問題是影響海床基回收的主要因素。國內(nèi)外學者經(jīng)過大量的實驗研究得出了潛坐機構(gòu)吸附力的經(jīng)驗公式,但是要準確分析設備結(jié)構(gòu)因素對吸附力的影響程度還是困擾學者的一個重要問題。隨著有限元技術(shù)的不斷完善和發(fā)展,計算機模擬技術(shù)以其性價比高、操作簡便等優(yōu)勢得到廣泛的應用。本文首先利用SolidWorks對海床基整體結(jié)構(gòu)進行簡化建模,然后利用ABAQUS對影響海床基吸附力的各種因素進行了仿真研究。結(jié)果表明,海床基在淤泥中的浸沒深度和提升方式是影響海床基吸附力的主要因素;吸附力隨海床基底座開孔數(shù)量的增加而減小,但是影響因素較浸沒深度和提升方式低;同一設計基準下,底座形狀對海床基的吸附力的影響基本可以忽略,設計時可以根據(jù)搭載設備的需要進行合理選擇;通過對淤泥固結(jié)時間的分析可以看出,淤泥固結(jié)時間較短,海床基坐底之后10天左右淤泥中孔壓就已基本消散。由海床基在海底的工作時間可知,不必考慮淤泥孔壓未消散情況對海床基吸附力的影響;最后綜合海床基吸附力影響因素的結(jié)果,對海床基外罩、整體框架形式、儀器艙等結(jié)構(gòu)進行了優(yōu)化設計。
[Abstract]:With the development of marine resources, the importance of marine environmental monitoring technology has been increasing in recent years. As an environmental monitoring equipment, seabed has been widely used in marine environmental monitoring. However, the low recovery success rate of seabed is an important reason to limit its development. The problem of adsorption is the main factor that affects the recovery of seabed. After a lot of experimental research, the empirical formula of the adsorption force of the submersible mechanism has been obtained by domestic and foreign scholars. However, it is still an important problem for scholars to analyze the influence of equipment structure factors on adsorption force accurately. With the development of finite element technology, computer simulation technology has a high ratio of performance to price. The advantages of simple operation and other advantages have been widely used. Firstly, SolidWorks is used to simplify the modeling of the whole structure of seabed. The results show that the depth of submergence and lifting mode of seabed in silt are the main factors affecting the adsorption of seabed. The adsorption force decreases with the increase of the number of holes in the seabed base, but the influencing factors are lower than the immersion depth and lifting mode. Under the same design datum, the influence of base shape on the adsorption force of seabed base can be neglected, and the reasonable selection can be made according to the need of carrying equipment. Through the analysis of the consolidation time of the silt, it can be seen that the consolidation time of the silt is relatively short, and the pore pressure in the silt has basically dissipated about 10 days after the foundation of the seabed sits on the bottom, which can be seen from the working time of the foundation of the seabed in the seafloor. It is not necessary to consider the influence of undissipated silt pore pressure on the adsorption capacity of seabed. Finally, based on the results of the influence factors of the adsorption force on the seabed, the optimum design of the seabed base outer cover, the integral frame form, the instrument cabin and so on is carried out.
