【摘要】：濕地與人類(lèi)的生存、繁衍和發(fā)展息息相關(guān),是自然界最富生物多樣性的生態(tài)景觀和人類(lèi)最重要的生存環(huán)境之一,為人類(lèi)的生產(chǎn)、生活提供多種資源,具有巨大的環(huán)境功能和效益,在抵御洪水、調(diào)節(jié)徑流、蓄洪防旱、控制污染、調(diào)節(jié)氣候、控制土壤侵蝕、美化環(huán)境及保護(hù)生物多樣性等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。炎陵縣地處湘贛兩大水系分水嶺,濕地資源豐富,地位重要,但是炎陵縣對(duì)于濕地的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和保護(hù)對(duì)策的研究不是很深入。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)地調(diào)查和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)湖南省炎陵縣的濕地情況進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)查和分析,對(duì)炎陵縣濕地保護(hù)的情況也做了實(shí)地調(diào)研和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,針對(duì)炎陵縣濕地資源所存在的問(wèn)題提出了建議和保護(hù)對(duì)策。主要結(jié)結(jié)論如下。1)炎陵縣濕地現(xiàn)狀主要包括河流濕地、沼澤濕地和人工濕地,河流濕地為炎陵縣天然濕地的主體,高山沼澤濕地面積為全省最大,呈現(xiàn)山地濕地特點(diǎn)。2)炎陵縣濕地內(nèi)生物多樣性豐富、珍稀瀕危物種種類(lèi)多,濕地資源多樣,濕地景觀旅游資源優(yōu)勢(shì)獨(dú)特。3)但由于近期開(kāi)發(fā)的人為因素,尤其是水電站建設(shè)泛濫,炎陵縣濕地健康受到威脅,主要體現(xiàn)在有害生物呈不斷增長(zhǎng),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與濕地保護(hù)矛盾突出,河網(wǎng)濕地水體滯留問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重,有害生物呈不斷增長(zhǎng),濕地保護(hù)管理機(jī)制不暢,政府和群眾保護(hù)濕地生態(tài)功能的意識(shí)不強(qiáng),以及濕地保護(hù)研究和措施相對(duì)薄弱。4)并針對(duì)炎陵縣的濕地資源現(xiàn)狀和保護(hù)情況存在的問(wèn)題提出了從土地和水域利用管理、濕地生物多樣性保護(hù)、濕地污染控制管理、濕地恢復(fù)管理和可持續(xù)利用示范等方面加強(qiáng)濕地的保護(hù)和避免過(guò)度開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Wetland and human survival, reproduction and development are closely related, is one of the richest biodiversity ecological landscape and the most important living environment of mankind, for the production of human life, providing a variety of resources, has great environmental functions and benefits, in flood defense, regulating runoff, flood and drought, pollution control, climate regulation and the control of soil erosion, plays an important role in beautifying the environment and the conservation of biological diversity. Yanling county is located in the two major river watershed, wetland is rich in resources, but the important status of Yanling County for the investigation and Protection Countermeasures of wetland is not very deep. Through literature research, field survey and questionnaire survey method the situation of wetland Yanling County of Hunan province conducted in-depth investigation and analysis, the Yanling County wetland protection situation also made investigation and questionnaire survey in Yanling County The existing problems of wetland resources and protection countermeasures and suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows..1) of wetland in Yanling county mainly include river wetlands, marsh wetland and artificial wetland, river wetland is the main natural wetland in Yanling County, the province's largest alpine wetland area, showing the characteristics of.2 mountain wetland wetland biodiversity in Yanling county) the rich, rare and endangered species diversity, wetland resources, wetland landscape tourism resources unique advantages of.3) but due to human factors developed recently, especially in the construction of hydropower station in flood, wetlands in Yanling county health is threatened, mainly reflected in a growing pest, economic development and wetland protection contradiction, river wetland water retention problem is serious, the pest is growing, wetland protection management mechanism is not smooth, the government and the masses to protect the ecological function of wetland and wetland protection consciousness is not strong, Study on protecting measures and relatively weak.4) and for the wetland resources and protection situation of Yanling County, the problems raised from the land and water use management, wetland biodiversity conservation, pollution control and management of wetland, wetland restoration management and sustainable utilization demonstration to strengthen wetland protection and avoid excessive development.
