【摘要】:本文以廢棄混凝土破碎過程中產(chǎn)生的再生微粉為研究對象,采用機(jī)械力化學(xué)活化的方法對再生微粉進(jìn)行處理,激發(fā)再生微粉的活性,提高再生微粉的利用率。對再生微粉進(jìn)行了功能性試驗(yàn),將TiO2負(fù)載在再生微粉表面,制備一種具有光催化功能的微粉。具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)采用超微氣流粉碎機(jī)對再生微粉進(jìn)行粉磨活化,和振動(dòng)球磨機(jī)粉磨活化的再生微粉進(jìn)行對比。利用激光粒度分析儀、SEM和XRD對再生微粉的粒徑分布、表面微觀形貌和物相構(gòu)成等性能進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:氣流粉碎機(jī)粉磨活化的再生微粉的粒徑分布較集中,粒形較規(guī)整,表面的尖銳棱角被鈍化,SiO2的無定型化程度高,具有較高的活性。(2)將活化后的再生微粉以一定的比例替代水泥摻入砂漿中,通過砂漿稠度儀、SEM、萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)等對砂漿試塊的用水量,內(nèi)部微觀形貌和抗壓強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:摻加氣流粉碎機(jī)粉磨的再生微粉的砂漿的用水量比摻加振動(dòng)球磨機(jī)粉磨的再生微粉的砂漿的用水量小,內(nèi)部更加密實(shí),對砂漿的抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響小。(3)選用再生微粉為基體,鈦酸四丁酯(C16H36O4Ti)為鈦源,無水乙醇、硝酸和去離子水為溶劑,通過溶膠-凝膠法將TiO2負(fù)載在再生微粉表面,制成光催化再生微粉。通過SEM、XRD、EDS、FT-IR和紫外可見分光光度計(jì)對TiO2/再生微粉的微觀形貌、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、特征官能團(tuán)和對甲基橙溶液的降解率進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:采用溶膠-凝膠法將TiO2成功的負(fù)載在再生微粉表面,包覆在再生微粉表面的TiO2為銳鈦礦相,TiO2/再生微粉復(fù)合顆粒具有較好的光催化降解性能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the recycled micro-powder produced during the crushing process of waste concrete was studied, and the reclaimed micro-powder was treated by mechanochemical activation method to stimulate the activity of the regenerated micro-powder. The functional test of the regenerated micropowder was carried out, and the TiO2 was loaded on the surface of the regenerated micropowder. A kind of micro powder with photocatalytic function was prepared. The specific contents are as follows: 1) the regenerated micro powder was ground and activated by ultrafine air flow pulverizer. The particle size distribution of the regenerated powder was analyzed by laser particle size analyzer (XRD) and laser particle size analyzer (XRD). The results show that the particle size distribution of the regenerated powder is more concentrated, the shape of the particle is more regular, and the sharp angle of the surface is passivated. SiO2 has a high degree of amorphous, with high activity. 2) the activated regenerated micro-powder is mixed with cement to replace cement in a certain proportion, and the mortar consistency meter is used. The water consumption of mortar test blocks by universal testing machine and so on. The internal microstructure and compressive strength were characterized. The results showed that the water consumption of the regenerated micro-powder mixed with the pneumatic pulverizer was smaller than that of the regenerated micro-powder mixed with the vibratory ball mill. The effect on the compressive strength of mortar is less. 3) the regenerated micro-powder is used as matrix, tetrabutyl titanate C16H36O4Ti) as titanium source, anhydrous ethanol, nitric acid and deionized water as solvent. TiO2 was loaded on the surface of regenerated powder by sol-gel method to produce photocatalytic regenerated powder. Microstructure and crystal structure of TIO _ 2 / regenerated powder by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The characteristic functional groups and the degradation rate of methyl orange solution were characterized. The results showed that TiO2 was successfully loaded on the surface of regenerated powder by sol-gel method. The TiO2 particles coated on the surface of the regenerated micropowder have good photocatalytic degradation performance as anatase phase TIO _ 2 / regenerated micro-powder composite particles.
