文章摘要:從生態(tài)敏感性和生態(tài)恢復(fù)力兩個方面構(gòu)建測度指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用GIS的空間分析技術(shù)定量測度城市生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性的大小并劃分等級分區(qū),進而得到不同的脆弱性調(diào)控類型區(qū).以合肥市為例,在GIS平臺上具體測度了其生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性的大小,并劃分為低、較低、中、較高和高5種脆弱性分區(qū),進而歸納為生態(tài)綠線、生態(tài)灰線和生態(tài)紅線3種脆弱性調(diào)控類型區(qū).其中,生態(tài)綠線調(diào)控區(qū)的規(guī)模最大,占研究區(qū)總面積的53.61%,這可以為合肥市提供充足的發(fā)展空間.最后給出了不同脆弱性調(diào)控類型區(qū)的發(fā)展建議,由此為城市生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護和建設(shè)提供科學(xué)的決策依據(jù).
Abstr:The measurement indicator system was established from two perspectives of ecological sensitivity and ecological resiliency. Meanwhile, the GIS spatial analysis technology was adopted for the quantitative measurement and classification of the urban coo-environmental vulnerability, thus obtaining the type zone of vulnerability control. In Hefei, for example, the eco-environmental vulnerability was specifically measured on GIS platform. Then it was divided into 5 vulnerability zoning, including low, relatively low, middle, relatively high and high and concluded as three type zones of vulnerability control, namely, ecological green line, ecological grey line and ecological red line. Among which, the control zone of ecological green line had the largest scale, taking up 53.61% of the total area and providing sufficient development space for Hefei. At last, suggestions for the development of different type zones of vulnerability control were offered so as to provide scientific decision-making basis for the protection and development of urban eco-environment.
