【摘要】：正佛使比丘是泰國著名的學(xué)術(shù)型僧人,他的道場"解脫自在園"取址于幽靜的森林中,所以他同時(shí)也可以說是一名"林居僧"。20世紀(jì)70年代,他曾提出"法的社會主義"思想,構(gòu)建了鮮明的政治哲學(xué)體系,所以學(xué)者們也一直大多是從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)的角度來闡述此思想。但本文從環(huán)境保護(hù)的角度進(jìn)行思考,認(rèn)為"法的社會主義"強(qiáng)調(diào)的互依互存、各取所需等原則,對于當(dāng)今突出的生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化、物種滅絕等問題都可做有效運(yùn)用,而且佛使比丘管理的
[Abstract]:As a famous academic monk in Thailand, the Buddhist monk, was chosen from the secluded forest in his Taoist temple, "the Emancipation Garden", so he can also be said to be a "monk in the forest." in the 1970s, he was a Buddhist monk. He once put forward the thought of "the socialism of law" and constructed a distinct system of political philosophy, so scholars have always expounded this thought from the angle of politics and economy. However, from the point of view of environmental protection, this paper thinks that the principles of "Socialism of Law", such as mutual dependence and mutual existence, taking what one needs from each other, can be effectively applied to the outstanding problems of ecological environment deterioration, species extinction, and so on.
