【摘要】：社會(huì)福利思想是社會(huì)福利實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ),它既指導(dǎo)著人們對(duì)社會(huì)福利的實(shí)踐,又隨著人類社會(huì)福利的實(shí)踐而不斷發(fā)展。不同的文化傳統(tǒng)和不同的政治制度會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同的福利制度。伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想也是在伊斯蘭文化傳統(tǒng)和伊斯蘭世界穆斯林的福利實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上形成的,并在不斷發(fā)展的過程中,也形成了自己的特點(diǎn),這一思想至今仍然在很大程度上影響著穆斯林的福利實(shí)踐。而且隨著現(xiàn)代化的不斷推進(jìn),其實(shí)踐方式也越來越多樣化。 本文主要從三個(gè)方而對(duì)伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利的思想與實(shí)踐問題進(jìn)行了簡單的探討。第一部分為導(dǎo)論部分,主要介紹了本文的寫作緣起、研究意義、研究方法、特點(diǎn)和不足以及有關(guān)伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想的相關(guān)研究動(dòng)態(tài)。 第二部分包括文章的第一章和第二章,主要探討的是伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想的問題。文章首先由社會(huì)福利思想的概念界定開始,從學(xué)界對(duì)福利、社會(huì)福利以及社會(huì)福利思想的定義等入手,層層推進(jìn),在比較社會(huì)福利與慈善、宗教慈善等概念之后,歸納出了伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想的概念。在此概念的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)伊斯蘭教的社會(huì)福利思想的主要內(nèi)容做了進(jìn)一步的研究,從《古蘭經(jīng)》、圣訓(xùn)、教法學(xué)家的創(chuàng)制、哈里發(fā)國家的實(shí)踐以及其他社會(huì)福利思想的影響等方面討了伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想的來源。并從救助性和發(fā)展性兩個(gè)方面對(duì)伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了研究。 第三部分是文章的第三章,探討的是伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利的實(shí)踐。文章結(jié)合相關(guān)材料,以天課制度為例,分別從國家層面、民間機(jī)構(gòu)和個(gè)人層面的實(shí)踐介紹了伊斯蘭國家的實(shí)踐情況。并從天課的征收、管理和分配等方面對(duì)非伊斯蘭國家穆斯林的社會(huì)福利實(shí)踐做了簡單的介紹。 第四部分是對(duì)伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想與實(shí)踐的分析和總結(jié),包括文章的第四章和小結(jié)部分。在第四章,筆者對(duì)伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想的功能進(jìn)行了分析,并在與其他社會(huì)福利思想進(jìn)行比較的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出了伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想的特點(diǎn)。在小結(jié)部分,對(duì)伊斯蘭社會(huì)福利思想及其實(shí)踐做了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The thought of social welfare is the foundation of social welfare practice. It not only guides people's practice of social welfare, but also develops continuously with the practice of human social welfare. Different cultural traditions and different political systems produce different welfare systems. The idea of Islamic social welfare is also formed on the basis of Islamic cultural tradition and the welfare practice of Muslims in the Islamic world, and in the course of continuous development, it has also formed its own characteristics. This idea still affects Muslim welfare practice to a great extent. And with the continuous promotion of modernization, its practice is becoming more and more diversified. This paper mainly discusses the thought and practice of Islamic social welfare from three aspects. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the origin, significance, research methods, characteristics and shortcomings of this paper, and the related research trends of Islamic social welfare thought. The second part includes the first chapter and the second chapter, mainly discusses the Islamic social welfare thought. The article begins with the definition of the concept of social welfare, starts with the definition of welfare, social welfare and social welfare thought in academic circles, and advances at various levels, after comparing the concepts of social welfare and charity, religious charity, etc. The concept of Islamic social welfare is summed up. On the basis of this concept, this paper makes a further study on the main content of the social welfare thought of Islam, from the Koran, the commandment, the creation of teaching jurists, The practice of caliphate and the influence of other social welfare ideas have discussed the origin of Islamic social welfare thought. The content of Islamic social welfare thought is studied from two aspects of relief and development. The third part is the third chapter of the article, which discusses the practice of Islamic social welfare. This paper introduces the practice of Islamic countries from the national level, the private organization level and the individual level, taking the zakah system as an example. The social welfare practice of non-Islamic Muslims is briefly introduced from the collection, management and distribution of zakah. The fourth part is the analysis and summary of Islamic social welfare thought and practice, including chapter four and summary. In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the function of Islamic social welfare thought, and summarizes the characteristics of Islamic social welfare thought on the basis of comparison with other social welfare thoughts. In the summary part, the author summarizes the Islamic social welfare thought and its practice.
