【摘要】：世界遺產(chǎn),因其資源的獨(dú)特性和突出的普遍價(jià)值贏得了游客們的青睞。山西大同云岡石窟作為我省的三大世界遺產(chǎn)之一,因游客量的逐年增長(zhǎng),使得遺產(chǎn)的承載壓力漸漸增大。如何緩解遺產(chǎn)管理中遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的壓力,提升游客的旅游體驗(yàn)成為了擺在云岡石窟管理中的首要問(wèn)題。本論文以云岡石窟的管理制度作為主要研究對(duì)象,參考國(guó)內(nèi)遺產(chǎn)景區(qū)管理的優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn),在深入分析云岡石窟管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,研究結(jié)果顯示云岡石窟存在著管理機(jī)構(gòu)權(quán)責(zé)不明、管理效率低下等問(wèn)題。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)云岡石窟在旅游時(shí)代背景下的科學(xué)管理與開(kāi)發(fā),需要從管理制度的優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)入手,進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)發(fā)展,適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式變換,完善游客遺產(chǎn)旅游體驗(yàn)。論文共分為七個(gè)部分,第一部分為緒論,闡述該課題研究的背景、意義、內(nèi)容和研究方法。第二部分為文獻(xiàn)綜述,闡述了本文所依據(jù)的戰(zhàn)略管理理論及其在遺產(chǎn)管理中的運(yùn)用。第三部分對(duì)我國(guó)世界遺產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述。第四部分分析了云岡石窟管理現(xiàn)狀。第五部分分析云岡石窟在管理方面存在的主要問(wèn)題和進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改進(jìn)的背景。第六部分從云岡石窟管理制度改進(jìn)的前提條件、改進(jìn)范圍和方向上給出云岡石窟管理制度優(yōu)化的建議。第七部分為結(jié)語(yǔ)。隨著山西省旅游體制改革相關(guān)意見(jiàn)的出臺(tái),理順遺產(chǎn)管理體制機(jī)制迫在眉睫,云岡石窟應(yīng)先在強(qiáng)化遺產(chǎn)使命上下功夫,針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀和不足之處進(jìn)行制度上的改進(jìn),適應(yīng)大環(huán)境的變化和和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,不斷加強(qiáng)監(jiān)控,提高經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理能力,加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng),近而提升管理效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的水平,完善游客體驗(yàn)和心理預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:World Heritage, because of its unique resources and outstanding universal value, has won the favor of tourists. As one of the three world heritage sites in Datong Yungang Grottoes of Shanxi Province the pressure of carrying the heritage increases gradually due to the increasing number of visitors year by year. How to relieve the pressure of heritage protection and enhance the tourist experience in the management of Yungang Grottoes has become the most important issue. This paper takes the management system of Yungang Grottoes as the main research object, referring to the outstanding experience of domestic heritage scenic spot management, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the present management situation of Yungang Grottoes, The results show that there are some problems in Yungang Grottoes, such as unclear authority and responsibility, low efficiency and so on. In order to realize the scientific management and development of Yungang Grottoes under the background of the tourism age, it is necessary to start with the optimization and improvement of the management system, to carry on the transformation and upgrade development, to adapt to the change of the economic model, and to perfect the tourist heritage tourism experience. The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is introduction, which describes the background, significance, content and research methods of the research. The second part is a literature review, which describes the strategic management theory and its application in heritage management. The third part gives a brief account of the current situation of the world heritage management in China. The fourth part analyzes the present situation of Yungang Grottoes management. The fifth part analyzes the main problems in the management of Yungang Grottoes and the background of optimization and improvement. The sixth part gives some suggestions on the optimization of Yungang Grottoes management system from the premise, scope and direction of the improvement of Yungang Grottoes Management system. The seventh part is the conclusion. With the publication of relevant opinions on the reform of the tourism system in Shanxi Province, it is urgent to straighten out the mechanism of the heritage management system. Yungang Grottoes should first make efforts to strengthen the mission of heritage and make institutional improvements in view of the present situation and deficiencies. In order to adapt to the change of the environment and the change of the management mode, we should constantly strengthen the supervision, improve the management and management ability, strengthen the training of talents, improve the level of management efficiency and service quality, perfect the tourist experience and psychological expectation.
