新聞媒體與佛教團(tuán)體在當(dāng)代佛教維權(quán)中的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:新中國成立后,我國實(shí)行了宗教信仰自由政策,寺院作為獨(dú)立的宗教活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所,但相應(yīng)的法律法規(guī)卻沒來得及跟進(jìn),法律的漏洞和寺院法人地位的缺失為挾佛斂財(cái)者提供了機(jī)會(huì)。2013年起,全國各地佛教維權(quán)事件此起彼伏,讓佛教維權(quán)進(jìn)入公眾視野。本文選取了2013年-2014年佛教維權(quán)事件中,取得“階段性”勝利的“雞足山維權(quán)事件”為研究對(duì)象,采用內(nèi)容分析法、深度訪談法等研究方法,在宗教學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)與新聞學(xué)的交叉視野下對(duì)事件進(jìn)行了深度調(diào)查。首先,報(bào)告聚焦于“雞足山佛教維權(quán)”這一社會(huì)熱點(diǎn),從媒體報(bào)道中分析政策影響、政府作為、宗教界的行為、商業(yè)開發(fā)、媒體報(bào)道、居士護(hù)法、學(xué)界議論等等因素對(duì)一個(gè)社會(huì)事件的形成、發(fā)展、結(jié)局等方面的影響,展現(xiàn)佛教所謂“眾緣和合”在社會(huì)事件的層面所體現(xiàn)的力量,期待以此呈現(xiàn)佛教理論對(duì)于社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的解釋力。其次,報(bào)告將對(duì)于“媒體形象的塑造”這一行為,借助于深入采訪所得的事實(shí)對(duì)比,展開深入的分析,展示它的社會(huì)作用,對(duì)于媒體的行事作風(fēng)和行為規(guī)范進(jìn)行批判性的研究。三,將在一個(gè)具體的事件中,立足于僧團(tuán)的宗風(fēng),對(duì)其適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的修持路徑選擇、行為方式選擇、社會(huì)形象選擇、社會(huì)功能選擇等等方面進(jìn)行分析和呈現(xiàn),以期為佛教的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展提供一個(gè)案例分析。這個(gè)報(bào)告的目標(biāo),不僅僅要對(duì)于雞足山的維權(quán)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行事實(shí)還原,而且對(duì)于佛教的現(xiàn)代化的種種問題,進(jìn)行全方位的思考——涉及政府的宗教工作定位、社會(huì)對(duì)于宗教的接納和認(rèn)同、宗教界的路向抉擇等等眾多的方面。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, China implemented the policy of freedom of religion and belief, and monasteries, as an independent place for religious activities, did not have time to follow up with the corresponding laws and regulations. Loopholes in the law and the lack of legal personality in monasteries provide opportunities for Buddhists to amass wealth. Since 2013, Buddhist activism has sprung up all over the country, bringing Buddhist rights into the public eye. In this paper, the author chooses the "Chicken foot Mountain event", which has won the "stage" victory, as the research object, adopts the method of content analysis, in-depth interview and so on, in the religious education, and so on in the 2013-2014 Buddhist rights protection event, and obtains the stage "victory" as the research object. Under the cross vision of sociology and journalism, this paper makes a deep investigation of the incident. First of all, the report focuses on the social hot issue of "Jizushan Buddhist rights," and analyzes policy implications from media coverage, government actions, religious behavior, commercial development, media coverage, and the Cuisman law. The influence of such factors on the formation, development and outcome of a social event is discussed in academic circles, showing the strength of the so-called Buddhist "multifarious harmony" in the social event level. The author expects to present the explanatory power of Buddhist theory to the social reality. Secondly, the report will conduct a critical study on the behavior of "media image shaping", with the help of the comparison of the facts obtained from the in-depth interviews, the in-depth analysis, the demonstration of its social role, and the critical study of the media's style of conduct and norms of conduct. Third, in a specific event, based on the patriarchal style of the Sangha, it will analyze and present its practice path choice, behavior mode choice, social image choice, social function choice and so on, which adapt to the modern society. In order to provide a case study for the modern development of Buddhism. The objective of this report is not only to restore the facts to the rights activities of Jizushan, but also to think about all aspects of the problems of Buddhism modernization-the orientation of the government's religious work.
