【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議所涉國家大多有著悠久的宗教歷史傳統(tǒng)和濃厚的宗教信仰氛圍,當(dāng)我們評估那些可能影響項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施的各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí),宗教風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不應(yīng)受到忽視。宗教風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大致可以分為"認(rèn)識(shí)型"和"發(fā)生型"兩類,本文以討論"發(fā)生型宗教風(fēng)險(xiǎn)"為主,該類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要強(qiáng)調(diào)宗教(至少在名義上)成為引發(fā)暴力和沖突的力量。以"一帶一路"倡議里重要的節(jié)點(diǎn)國家巴基斯坦為例,宗教紛爭、教派沖突、極端主義是三種主要的"發(fā)生型"宗教風(fēng)險(xiǎn),它們會(huì)讓"一帶一路"項(xiàng)目的政治環(huán)境惡化,并會(huì)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和安全危機(jī)等問題,值得警惕。
[Abstract]:Most of the countries covered by the "Belt and Road" initiative have a long history of religion and a strong religious atmosphere, and religious risks should not be overlooked when we assess the types of risks that may affect the smooth implementation of the project. Religious risk can be divided into two types: "cognitive type" and "occurrence type". This paper mainly discusses the "occurrence type of religious risk", which emphasizes that religion (at least in name) becomes the force of violence and conflict. Take Pakistan, an important node of the "Belt and Road" initiative, for example, where religious strife, sectarian conflict, and extremism are three major "occurrences" of religious risk that can worsen the political environment of the "Belt and Road" project. And will bring economic losses and security crisis and other issues, worthy of vigilance.
