【摘要】：文章認(rèn)為針對(duì)"狹義"和"廣義"兩種不同的"泛清真化"現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)分辨其不同的社會(huì)危害,采取不同的防治措施。對(duì)于前者,國家反對(duì)一切形式的宗教極端主義,應(yīng)綜合運(yùn)用多種手段預(yù)防、遏制和消除極端化,預(yù)防和懲治極端主義犯罪活動(dòng);針對(duì)后者,政府有關(guān)部門、宗教界、有關(guān)企事業(yè)單位應(yīng)通力合作,做好清真標(biāo)識(shí)的認(rèn)證、監(jiān)管工作,讓"上帝的歸上帝,凱撒的歸凱撒",在尊重少數(shù)民族生活方式的基礎(chǔ)上防止清真概念的不當(dāng)擴(kuò)大。
[Abstract]:According to the two different phenomena of "narrow sense" and "broad sense", we should distinguish their different social hazards and take different measures to prevent and cure them. With regard to the former, the State is opposed to all forms of religious extremism, and it should comprehensively use a variety of means to prevent and eliminate extremism and to prevent and punish extremist criminal activities; with regard to the latter, the relevant government departments and religious circles should, Relevant enterprises and institutions should work together to do a good job in the certification and supervision of halal logos, so that "God belongs to God, Caesar to Caesar" and to prevent the improper expansion of the concept of halal on the basis of respecting the way of life of ethnic minorities.
