【摘要】:摘要:佛教在我國傳播千年過程中,留下了豐富的文化資源。根據(jù)不同資源的特性,可以把佛教文化資源分為佛教景觀資源、佛教節(jié)慶資源、佛教藝術(shù)資源、佛教哲理資源四類。佛教文化資源作為一項(xiàng)特殊的宗教資源,具有神圣性和世俗性的雙重屬性,世俗性決定了佛教文化資源開發(fā)的可行性,神圣性決定了佛教文化資源開發(fā)的特殊性。 當(dāng)前我國佛教文化資源開發(fā)方式主要有佛教景觀旅游、佛教文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園、寺院經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)營三種,并在一些開發(fā)方式上取得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益。然而,我國佛教文化資源開發(fā)仍處于初級(jí)階段,存在著開發(fā)層次較淺、從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)較低、開發(fā)無序、管理混亂、功利性傾向過度等問題。 佛教文化資源開發(fā)首先需要進(jìn)行資源開發(fā)價(jià)值評(píng)估,通過從佛教資源條件和周邊開發(fā)條件兩方面設(shè)計(jì)佛教文化資源開發(fā)價(jià)值評(píng)估體系,并選取南岳作為評(píng)估體系應(yīng)用案例,示范和檢測佛教文化資源開發(fā)價(jià)值評(píng)估體系的運(yùn)用方法和科學(xué)性。 佛教文化資源作為一項(xiàng)特殊的宗教資源,決定其開發(fā)需要堅(jiān)持以佛教界為主導(dǎo)以弘揚(yáng)佛法為目的原則、堅(jiān)持在傳承保護(hù)基礎(chǔ)上適度開發(fā)原則、堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益兼顧原則、堅(jiān)持政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)合法開發(fā)原則。針對(duì)我國佛教文化資源開發(fā)存在的系列問題,需要針對(duì)性提出解決對(duì)策:一要分類改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)佛教文化旅游業(yè)深入發(fā)展;二要重點(diǎn)培育,打造佛教文化資源開發(fā)人才隊(duì)伍;三要社會(huì)服務(wù),塑造佛教文化資源開發(fā)積極形象;四要科學(xué)管理,營造佛教文化資源開發(fā)有序局面;五要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新思維,尋求佛教文化資源開發(fā)新途徑。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: Buddhism has left behind rich cultural resources in the course of spreading in our country for thousands of years. According to the characteristics of different resources, the Buddhist cultural resources can be divided into four categories: Buddhist landscape resources, Buddhist festival resources, Buddhist artistic resources and Buddhist philosophical resources. As a special religious resource, Buddhist cultural resources have the dual attributes of sacredness and secularism, which determines the feasibility of the development of Buddhist cultural resources. The sacredness of Buddhism determines the particularity of the exploitation of Buddhist cultural resources. At present, there are three main ways of developing Buddhist cultural resources in China: Buddhist landscape tourism, Buddhist cultural industrial park, and the economic management of monasteries. And in some development ways to achieve better economic benefits. However, the development of Buddhist cultural resources in China is still in the primary stage, and there are shallow levels of development, low quality of practitioners, disordered development and chaotic management. The exploitation of Buddhist cultural resources requires the evaluation of the value of the exploitation of the resources, and the design of the evaluation system of the value of the exploitation of the cultural resources of Buddhism from two aspects, namely, the conditions of the Buddhist resources and the conditions of the development of the surrounding areas. Nanyue is selected as the application case of the evaluation system to demonstrate and test the application and scientific nature of the value evaluation system for the development of Buddhist cultural resources, which is regarded as a special religious resource. It is decided that it is necessary to adhere to the principle of promoting the Dharma, the principle of moderate development on the basis of inheritance and protection, the principle of giving consideration to both economic and social benefits, and the principle of lawful development under the leadership of the government. In view of the series of problems existing in the development of Buddhist cultural resources in China, it is necessary to put forward some countermeasures: first, to improve the classification to realize the in-depth development of the Buddhist cultural tourism, secondly, to cultivate and build up a contingent of talents for the development of Buddhist cultural resources. Third, it is necessary to provide social services to shape the positive image of the development of Buddhist cultural resources; fourth, to manage scientifically to create an orderly situation for the development of Buddhist cultural resources; and fifthly, to innovate thinking and seek new ways to exploit Buddhist cultural resources.
