【摘要】：自朱士行始,中國僧人以學(xué)問欲為驅(qū)動,西渡流沙,前仆后繼,掀起了長達(dá)一千多年的求法運(yùn)動。明代初年,季潭宗泐繼慧曇之后,奉旨西出陽關(guān),取道吐蕃,“涉流沙,度蔥嶺,遍游西天,通誠佛域”,備嘗艱辛;探河源,賓服阿里,歷時(shí)五年,往返十四五萬里,既求法于異域,亦布國威于鄰邦;沿途見聞《西游集》雖佚,卻聞名后世。
[Abstract]:Since Zhu Shixing, the Chinese monks, driven by the desire of learning, crossed the quicksand to the west, followed one another, and set off a movement of seeking the Dharma for more than a thousand years. In the early years of the Ming Dynasty, Jitan Zongle followed Huitan, and was ordered to go out of Yangguan in the west, pass through Tubo, "wade quicksand, spend the green mountains, travel all over the western sky, and travel to the Buddhist territory of the West" to prepare for hardships; explore the source of the river and serve Ali for five years, and return to and from one hundred and fifty thousand miles. Seek the law in a foreign land, but also spread the country in neighboring countries; along the way see and hear "Journey to the West" although lost, but famous for later generations.
