【摘要】：在佛教經(jīng)籍中,蘊(yùn)藏了豐富的食療養(yǎng)生文獻(xiàn)和食療思想。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),有約300部的佛教文獻(xiàn)論述到食療史料,“食”字在《大藏經(jīng)》中重復(fù)出現(xiàn)了85685次,相關(guān)內(nèi)容計(jì)約近百萬字。從佛教經(jīng)、律、論三藏中摘取有代表性的文獻(xiàn)資料,分作佛經(jīng)中的食療養(yǎng)生文獻(xiàn)、佛律中的食療養(yǎng)生文獻(xiàn)、佛論中的食療養(yǎng)生文獻(xiàn)和佛經(jīng)食療養(yǎng)生醫(yī)案選論等四個(gè)方面來論述,將佛教之飲食與疾病診療及養(yǎng)生保健的關(guān)系作了較為全面地展示。同時(shí),對佛教的四食、五藥也作了相應(yīng)地詮釋。
[Abstract]:In the Buddhist scriptures, there are abundant literature and thoughts of diet therapy. According to statistics, there are about 300 Buddhist documents to discuss the historical data of diet therapy. The word "eat" has been repeated 85685 times in "Da Zang Jing", and the related contents are about one million words. From the Buddhist sutras, the law, the representative literature data from the three Zang Zang, which are divided into four aspects: the diet and health documents in the Buddhist sutras, the diet and health documents in the Buddha's law, the diet and health preservation documents in the Buddha's theory, and the selection theory of the Buddhist scriptures' diet and health care cases. The relationship between the diet of Buddhism and the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and health care is demonstrated comprehensively. At the same time, the four foods and five medicines of Buddhism are interpreted accordingly.
