【摘要】：評(píng)估宗教交流在我國(guó)與周邊國(guó)家關(guān)系建構(gòu)中的功效后發(fā)現(xiàn),"宗教因素"既是我國(guó)與絲路國(guó)家締結(jié)友好關(guān)系的歷史助力,也是我國(guó)與周邊國(guó)家深化伙伴關(guān)系的現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)力;量化分析表明:"宗教因素"在我國(guó)周邊外交中既是一個(gè)歷史變量,更是一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)變量,"一帶一路"沿線(xiàn)國(guó)家與地區(qū)宗教人口分布對(duì)中國(guó)周邊國(guó)家宗教基本格局的影響是切實(shí)存在的,尤其是伊斯蘭教的"去中東化"發(fā)展趨勢(shì),使得"一帶一路"面臨宗教極端主義沖擊的可能性激增;將宗教交流納入經(jīng)略周邊的新思路以助力"奮發(fā)有為地開(kāi)展周邊外交"的對(duì)策建言,旨在強(qiáng)調(diào)宗教資源轉(zhuǎn)化為外交資源后,實(shí)際彰顯了優(yōu)化"一帶一路"軟環(huán)境的戰(zhàn)略功效。
[Abstract]:After evaluating the effect of religious exchange in the construction of the relationship between China and the neighboring countries, it is found that the "religious factor" is not only the historical help for China to conclude friendly relations with the Silk Road countries, but also the realistic motive force for deepening the partnership between China and the neighboring countries. The quantitative analysis shows that "religious factor" is a historical variable in China's peripheral diplomacy. It is also a realistic variable. The influence of religious population distribution in countries and regions along "Belt and Road" on the basic pattern of religion in China's neighboring countries is real, especially the trend of "de-Middle East" development of Islam. The possibility that "Belt and Road" is facing the shock of religious extremism has increased dramatically; the new idea of bringing religious exchanges into the economic and strategic periphery has been put forward to promote the countermeasures of "vigorously carrying out peripheral diplomacy". After emphasizing the conversion of religious resources into diplomatic resources, it demonstrates the strategic effect of optimizing Belt and Road's soft environment.
