臨濟(jì)義玄禪法思想研究

【摘要】:臨濟(jì)宗在中國(guó)禪宗歷史上具有很重要的地位,在禪宗五個(gè)主要流派中屬最重要的一個(gè)流派,也是最早出現(xiàn)的,并且是五派中唯一創(chuàng)立于北方的的宗派。在宋朝時(shí)期曾有“臨天下,曹一角”的說(shuō)法,這充分說(shuō)明了臨濟(jì)宗在當(dāng)時(shí)的地位。并且從其后來(lái)發(fā)展看,它一直流傳至今,影響依舊很大。而義玄作為臨濟(jì)宗的創(chuàng)始人,義玄對(duì)臨濟(jì)宗的興盛起到了不可磨滅的作用。本文主要對(duì)其禪法做一個(gè)整體的研究。第一部分主要對(duì)義玄生平經(jīng)歷及禪法背景進(jìn)行論述,義玄先后在希運(yùn)禪師和大愚禪師處習(xí)禪并開(kāi)悟。修得佛法之后北上河北傳法,在河北傳法分為兩個(gè)時(shí)期,分別是鎮(zhèn)州時(shí)期和魏州貴鄉(xiāng)時(shí)期。在鎮(zhèn)州傳法過(guò)程中得到普化的幫助,普化的一些行為對(duì)義玄的禪法形成也起到了積極的作用。接著介紹了義玄禪法形成與當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)背景的關(guān)系,義玄所處的時(shí)代恰逢唐武宗滅佛,在這樣特殊的時(shí)期其禪法也受到了當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)的影響。第二部分對(duì)義玄的禪學(xué)思想結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行闡述。義玄禪法思想結(jié)構(gòu)是建立在空觀思想之上的。無(wú)論是其心性論、修行論、還是教學(xué)方法都透露出空觀思想。義玄的心性論很有其個(gè)人特色,他認(rèn)為人人所具有的“心”是不二的,并且要達(dá)到清凈,最重要的是他對(duì)“心”的表述并不像一般禪師那樣簡(jiǎn)單的用心來(lái)表達(dá),而是用了很多其個(gè)人的獨(dú)特表述。在于修行論方面義玄認(rèn)為學(xué)人要做到樹(shù)立自信,不能盲目去迷信任何人、任何文字,要做到對(duì)內(nèi)心的信任。既然自信自己能夠成佛,那么就無(wú)需去外求佛法,只要無(wú)修無(wú)證,做到“無(wú)事是貴人”的境界就可以了。義玄的教學(xué)方法也是其禪法結(jié)構(gòu)中重要一環(huán),義玄的教學(xué)方法是有一套完整體系的。這一套體系是建立在其棒喝基礎(chǔ)之上的三玄三要、三句、四賓主、四照用。第三部分闡述了義玄禪法的淵源及特色,在淵源方面義玄禪法思想繼承了洪州禪的禪法思想,在繼承的基礎(chǔ)上義玄還發(fā)揚(yáng)洪州禪的棒喝之風(fēng)與心性思想。在禪法特色方面,分為兩部分首先義玄反對(duì)權(quán)威,反對(duì)傳統(tǒng),在這基礎(chǔ)之上將呵佛罵祖推向極致。其次義玄的禪法思想中也有很多與道家相融合的地方。四部分闡述了義玄的法嗣以及義玄對(duì)后世的影響。首先是從義玄法嗣傳承的角度來(lái)看其影響。接著門(mén)庭施設(shè)和心性論角度闡述了義玄禪法對(duì)后世的影響。
[Abstract]:Linjizong plays an important role in the history of Chinese Zen Buddhism. It is one of the most important schools among the five main schools of Zen Buddhism and is the only one founded in the north of the five schools.In the Song Dynasty, there was a saying of "coming to the world, Cao Xiao", which fully explained the position of Lin Jizong at that time.And from its later development, it has been spread to date, the impact is still very big.As the founder of Lingjizong, Yixuan played an indelible role in the prosperity of Linjizong.This paper mainly studies its Zen method as a whole.The first part mainly discusses the life experience of Yi Xuan and the background of Zen method.After practicing Buddhist Dharma, he went north to Hebei to spread the Dharma, which was divided into two periods: Zhenzhou period and Wei Zhou Guixiang period.In the process of spreading the method of Zhenzhou to get the help of popularization, some common behavior also played a positive role in the formation of the Zen method of meaning and metaphysics.Then it introduces the relationship between the formation of the Yi-Xuan Zen method and the social background at that time. Yi-Xuan lived in an era when Wuzong died out the Buddha in the Tang Dynasty. In such a special period, the Zen method was also influenced by the society at that time.The second part expounds the ideological structure of Yi-Xuan 's Zen study.The ideological structure of Yi-Xuan Zen method is based on the idea of empty view.Whether it is the theory of mind, spiritual practice, or teaching methods all reveal the idea of emptiness.Yi-Xuan 's theory of mind has its own characteristics. He thinks that everyone has the same "heart", and to achieve cleanliness, the most important thing is that his expression of "heart" is not as simple as the intention of the common Zen master.It uses many of its own unique expressions.In the aspect of spiritual practice, Yi-Xuan believes that scholars should build self-confidence, not blindly believe in anyone, any words, and trust in their hearts.Since you are confident that you can become a Buddha, you don't have to go outside to ask for Dharma.The teaching method of meaning metaphysics is also an important part of its Zen structure, and the teaching method of meaning metaphysics has a complete system.This system is based on the three metaphysical three-purpose, three-sentence, four-guest, four-according to-use.The third part expounds the origin and characteristics of the Yi-Xuan Zen method, inherits the Zen thought of Hongzhou Zen in the origin aspect, and carries forward the Hongzhou Zen's style of drinking and mind on the basis of inheritance.In the aspect of the characteristics of Zen and Dharma, there are two parts: first, Yixuan opposes authority and tradition, on this basis, the abhorrence of Buddha is pushed to the extreme.Secondly, there are many places in the thought of Zen and metaphysics that merge with Taoism.The fourth part expounds the Dharma of Yichuan and its influence on later generations.First of all, from the point of view of the inheritance of the Xuan Dharma.Then, the influence of Yi-Xuan Zen method on later generations is expounded from the perspective of Menting Shi and the theory of mind nature.
