【摘要】：世界文化遺產云岡石窟在長期的保存過程中,因自然因素和人為作用,石窟石雕表面產生了嚴重的黑垢病害,不僅影響到文物的藝術價值,也是一個潛在的文物安全隱患。本課題針對石質文物表面的黑垢病害現(xiàn)象,首先回顧了近年來國內外相關的研究情況,全面了解了石質文物表面黑垢病害的生成機理、研究方法和進行黑垢病害處理的質文物清洗技術。在此理論前沿基礎上,初步調查了云岡石窟石雕表面主要污染物類型,對其中黑垢病害的分布、組成和來源進行了探討。之后,通過干濕循環(huán)作用、so2腐蝕循環(huán)作用和干濕與so2共同腐蝕循環(huán)作用,研究了在不同的影響條件下,黑垢病害對云岡砂巖的作用效果。結果顯示,粉塵黑垢在一定程度上促進了云岡砂巖的破壞,而煙熏黑垢,則在一定程度上減緩了云岡砂巖的破壞。因此,認為在實施云岡石窟石雕表面黑垢的清洗實踐中,在不考慮藝術價值影響的前提下,煙熏黑垢可暫時保留,而粉塵黑垢卻必須進行清洗。最后,通過實驗室的初步研究,基本篩選出了具有一定清洗效果的黑垢清洗劑。
[Abstract]:During the long-term preservation of the Yungang Grottoes, the world cultural heritage, due to natural factors and human actions, the surface of the grottoes has a serious black scale disease, which not only affects the artistic value of the cultural relics, but also is a potential hidden danger to the safety of cultural relics.This topic aims at the phenomenon of black scale disease on the surface of stone cultural relic. Firstly, it reviews the related research situation at home and abroad in recent years, and fully understands the formation mechanism of black scale disease on the surface of stone cultural relic.Research methods and cleaning technology of quality cultural relics for black scale disease treatment.On the basis of this theoretical frontier, the main pollutant types on the surface of Yungang Grottoes are investigated, and the distribution, composition and source of the black scale disease are discussed.After that, the effect of black scale disease on Yungang sandstone under different influence conditions was studied by the effect of dry and wet cycle and so _ 2 corrosion cycle together with so2.The results show that dust black scale promotes the destruction of Yungang sandstone to some extent, while smoke black scale slows down the destruction of Yungang sandstone to some extent.Therefore, it is considered that in the practice of cleaning black dirt on the surface of Yungang Grottoes, the smoke black dirt can be kept temporarily, but the dust black dirt must be cleaned without considering the influence of artistic value.Finally, through the preliminary research in the laboratory, the black scale cleaning agent with certain cleaning effect was basically screened out.
