【摘要】：宗教擴(kuò)大化是近些年在國(guó)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)的一種社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,由于其在民間已經(jīng)對(duì)民眾的生活產(chǎn)生了一定的影響,同時(shí),極端宗教思想也乘機(jī)鉆宗教擴(kuò)大化的空子,擠占合法宗教的空間和話語(yǔ)權(quán),爭(zhēng)奪合法宗教的信眾,干擾正常的社會(huì)秩序。因此,基于關(guān)注宗教活動(dòng)變化的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,提出宗教擴(kuò)大化的概念,分析其對(duì)民眾生活產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響,是本研究的核心內(nèi)容。本文是將合法宗教(包括合法教派)和極端宗教思想分開來講(事實(shí)上它們?cè)疽膊皇峭粋€(gè)教派),就是為了便于理解,憲法中是如何確定合法宗教(包括合法教派)在社會(huì)中的位置和作用的,而極端宗教思想的非法滲透,不僅對(duì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生不良影響,同樣也是對(duì)合法宗教本身的一種侵害。文中所提出的宗教擴(kuò)大化是相對(duì)于合法宗教超出了其規(guī)定在場(chǎng)空間和本身賦有的修身職能而言的,是專指宗教在場(chǎng)的擴(kuò)大化和宗教職能的擴(kuò)大化。宗教擴(kuò)大化對(duì)民眾生活所涉及到的影響,主要表現(xiàn)在公民權(quán)利、民族與宗教的關(guān)系、制度、法規(guī)等廣泛的層面。因此,對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)查、分析和理論研究是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:The expansion of religion is a kind of social phenomenon that has appeared in China in recent years. Because it has had a certain influence on the life of the people in the civil society, at the same time, extreme religious thoughts also take advantage of the opportunity to exploit the void of the expansion of religion.Occupy the space and voice of legal religion, fight for the followers of legal religion, interfere with normal social order.Therefore, it is the core content of this study to put forward the concept of religious expansion and analyze its negative influence on people's life based on paying attention to the change of religious activities.This article is to separate legitimate religions (including legal sects) from extremist religious ideas (in fact, they were not originally the same denomination, or were intended to be easy to understand.How to determine the position and function of the legal religion (including the legal sect) in the constitution, and the illegal infiltration of the extreme religious thought not only has a bad influence on the society, but also is a kind of infringement on the legitimate religion itself.The religious expansion proposed in this paper is relative to the legal religion which exceeds its prescribed presence space and the self-cultivation function it refers to the expansion of the religious presence and the expansion of the religious function.The influence of religious expansion on people's life is mainly manifested in civil rights, the relationship between nationality and religion, institutions, laws and regulations and so on.Therefore, it is necessary to investigate, analyze and study this phenomenon.
