【摘要】：以北京牛街民族敬老院為例,發(fā)掘宗教在養(yǎng)老院中的介入模式和養(yǎng)老應(yīng)對機(jī)制。牛街敬老院宗教介入程度較淺,信眾奉獻(xiàn)的財物以及由信眾組成的人力都只占運(yùn)營中很小部分,在法律和政府行政力保障下,宗教在普通養(yǎng)老院預(yù)期可以有更為深入的介入并發(fā)揮積極的作用。在本案例中,伊斯蘭教通過禮拜、臨終關(guān)懷等參與形式對入住機(jī)構(gòu)的老人的身體、精神施加影響,并更多表現(xiàn)為正向影響。多數(shù)受訪老人認(rèn)為宗教與規(guī)律性的機(jī)構(gòu)生活共同促使自身健康狀況向好發(fā)展,宗教帶來的寄托感、意義感使得老人目標(biāo)明確、精神放松、更易滿足,在機(jī)構(gòu)生活中表現(xiàn)得更為愉悅。宗教介入機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老具有現(xiàn)實(shí)性、可行性和必要性。
[Abstract]:Take Beijing Niujie National Home for the aged as an example to explore the intervention mode of religion in nursing homes and the coping mechanism for the elderly. The religious intervention of Niujie Residential homes for the elderly is relatively shallow, and the contributions of believers and the manpower of believers are only a very small part of the operation. Under the guarantee of the law and the administrative power of the government, religion is expected to have a deeper involvement and play an active role in the general nursing home. In this case, Islam through worship, Hospice care and other forms of participation exert an influence on the body and spirit of the elderly living in institutions, and they are more likely to show positive influence. Most of the elderly interviewees believe that religion and regular institutional life together promote the development of their own health. Religion brings a sense of sustenance, meaning makes the elderly clear goals, relaxed spirit, more easily satisfied, more pleasant in the institutional life, religious intervention in institutional pension is realistic, feasible and necessary.
