【摘要】：佛教傳入中國(guó)以來(lái),經(jīng)過(guò)兩千余年的發(fā)展演變,已深深扎根于中華大地,成為兼具中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化特色和宗教勸世化俗功能的重要文化載體。歷史上,中國(guó)佛教文化曾遠(yuǎn)播海外,成為國(guó)際社會(huì)了解中國(guó)文化的窗口,在促進(jìn)世界文化交流中做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),一批中國(guó)僧人不畏艱辛,肩負(fù)弘法使命,負(fù)笈西行美洲大陸,將中國(guó)特色的佛教帶到了美國(guó),并在那里生根開花。他們是中國(guó)佛教走出去的探索者,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)中美文化交流,為推動(dòng)中華文化走向世界,做出了積極的努力。
[Abstract]:Since Buddhism was introduced into China, after more than 2,000 years of development and evolution, it has been deeply rooted in the land of China and has become an important cultural carrier with both the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture and the function of religious persuasion and vulgarization. It has become a window for the international community to understand Chinese culture and has made positive contributions to the promotion of cultural exchanges in the world. Since the founding of New China, a group of Chinese monks have taken up the task of spreading the Dharma and travelling to the West on the American continent. Buddhism with Chinese characteristics was brought to the United States and took root and blossomed there. They are the explorers of Chinese Buddhism and have made positive efforts to strengthen the cultural exchange between China and the United States and to promote Chinese culture to the world.
