【摘要】：正齋戒,系阿拉伯語"?????"(索姆)的意譯,根據(jù)《古蘭經(jīng)》和圣訓(xùn)對(duì)該詞的應(yīng)用,既有退縮克制戒絕的意思,又有成長、提高和超越的含義。除了教法對(duì)齋戒的要求外,齋戒的目標(biāo)其實(shí)是對(duì)穆斯林個(gè)人"?????"(奈夫斯)的修煉。"奈夫斯"漢文的意思即人的自然本性肉體的欲望或本能,可翻譯為"自性"。萊麥丹月中對(duì)全體穆斯林而言的法定齋戒,就是對(duì)自性的克制約束,是對(duì)個(gè)人本性的自覺改
