【摘要】: 本文透過大量文獻(xiàn)和田野調(diào)查資料,系統(tǒng)論述了大唐西域高僧泗州僧伽(即“泗州佛”)的生平神跡,以及該信仰的源流和現(xiàn)狀。重點(diǎn)概括了泗州僧伽信仰自唐至清的興衰嬗變,并分析其中的緣由。泗州僧伽,,生前造福于民,坐化后其信仰盛于唐宋,以泗州普光王寺為道場,屢顯神跡,受封為國師、文佛、大圣等。經(jīng)各界宣傳,他實(shí)現(xiàn)了從高僧向神僧再向佛的飛躍。該信仰成為遍布全國的跨階級(jí)信仰,盛行一時(shí)。后因清康熙年間水淹泗州等因素,嚴(yán)重動(dòng)搖了該信仰存在的根基,正統(tǒng)佛教中“泗州僧伽信仰”日漸衰微。隨著明清佛教世俗化,該信仰在福建、江蘇等地以民間信仰的方式復(fù)興!般糁萆ぁ币渤晒D(zhuǎn)型為民間俗神“泗州佛”。針對(duì)學(xué)界在有關(guān)泗州僧伽國籍姓氏、李白《僧伽歌》等方面的定論,文中闡述了不同見解。更重要的是,全文大致勾勒出了該信仰在全國各地乃至海外的現(xiàn)狀,尤以福建為主,比如佛號(hào)、屬性、職能、造像、佛誕日、儀式、分布區(qū)域、發(fā)展趨勢等,得出了該信仰“興于唐、盛于宋、發(fā)展于元明、衰于清,后轉(zhuǎn)型為民間俗神,主要流行于福建、江蘇一帶,并將逐漸湮滅”的結(jié)論,認(rèn)為本土化是宗教信仰民間化、世俗化的必經(jīng)之路,并呼吁社會(huì)及有關(guān)部門保護(hù)珍貴的宗教遺產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Through a large number of documents and field investigation, this paper systematically discusses the life and miracle of the monk Sizhou Sangha ("Sizhou Buddha") in the Western region of the Tang Dynasty, as well as the origin and current situation of this belief. The rise and fall of the Sizhou Sangha belief from Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty are emphatically summarized. And analysis of the reasons. Sizhou Sangha, the benefit of the people before death, after sitting their faith in the Tang and Song dynasties, with Sizhou Puguang Wang Temple as the Taoist, repeatedly show signs, was declared as a national teacher, the text Buddha, and so on. Through all walks of life propaganda, He made a leap from a monk to a monk and then to a Buddha. This belief became a cross-class belief all over the country, which prevailed for a while. Later, due to factors such as the flooding of Sizhou in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, the foundation of the faith's existence was seriously shaken. In orthodox Buddhism, the "Sizhou Sangha faith" is declining. With the secularization of Buddhism in the Ming and Qing dynasties, the belief is in Fujian. Jiangsu and other places rejuvenated by folk belief. "Sizhou Sangha" has also been successfully transformed into a folk god, "Sizhou Buddha." in view of the academic conclusions on Sizhou Sangha nationality surnames, Li Bai's Sangha songs, and so on, More importantly, the full text outlines the current situation of the faith in all parts of the country and even overseas, especially in Fujian Province, such as Buddha's name, attributes, functions, statues, Buddha's Birthday, rituals, and distribution areas. The conclusion is that the belief "flourished in the Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Song Dynasty, developed in the Yuan and Ming dynasties, declined in the Qing Dynasty, and later transformed into a folk god, mainly popular in Fujian and Jiangsu, and will gradually disappear". It is believed that localization is the only way for the folk and secularization of religious belief, and calls on the society and relevant departments to protect the precious religious heritage.
