【摘要】：正集權(quán)與分權(quán)說(shuō)是朱熹政治思想中重要的一維,是朱熹依據(jù)南宋實(shí)際對(duì)國(guó)家政體和形式所做的體認(rèn),是平衡君權(quán)、相權(quán)、地方權(quán)力的一種措施,是應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)迫在眉睫的增強(qiáng)軍事力量以抗金的悲愿;就當(dāng)今而言,集權(quán)與分權(quán)也是維持國(guó)家安定、長(zhǎng)治久安需要加以認(rèn)真反思的重要課題。朱熹所處的時(shí)代,面臨嚴(yán)峻的抗金形勢(shì),如何協(xié)調(diào)中央集權(quán)與地方分權(quán)成為當(dāng)時(shí)突出的問(wèn)題,是關(guān)系南宋生死存亡的關(guān)鍵。作為掌管中央集權(quán)核心權(quán)力的君主,其君權(quán)的授受和實(shí)施都要符合天理。于是,朱熹變"君權(quán)神授"為"天理君權(quán)",君主修德以配天理,修德其要是轉(zhuǎn)變"私天下"的觀念,"即轉(zhuǎn)為天下之大公,
[Abstract]:Positive centralization and decentralization is an important dimension in Zhu Xi's political thought. It is Zhu Xi's recognition of the state regime and form according to the reality of the Southern Song Dynasty, and it is a measure to balance the monarchy, the equal power and the local power. It was to deal with the imminent desire to strengthen the military force to resist gold at that time; As far as today, centralization and decentralization are also important topics to maintain national stability, long-term stability needs to be seriously reflected. In his time, Zhu Xi was faced with a severe situation of resistance to gold. How to coordinate centralization and decentralization became a prominent problem at that time, which was the key to the survival of the Southern Song Dynasty. As the monarch in charge of the core power of centralization, the grant and implementation of his monarchy should be in accordance with heaven. As a result, Zhu Xi changed "monarchy and divine power" into "natural monarchy", and the monarch studied morality with heaven. If he changed his concept of "private world", "that is to say, he will become the great duke of the world."
