【摘要】：在我國(guó)民主政治文明的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,社會(huì)主義民主思想和新民主主義民主思想是一脈相承的,以毛澤東為代表的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人在新民主主義革命時(shí)期對(duì)民主問(wèn)題發(fā)表了一系列重要的觀點(diǎn),形成了新民主主義民主思想,從根本上確立了社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的框架和方向。因此,全面深入地把握這一時(shí)期的民主思想,有利于認(rèn)識(shí)現(xiàn)在走中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民主的必然性,對(duì)構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治文明具有重大的理論指導(dǎo)意義。 本篇論文主要從對(duì)新民主主義民主思想的淵源、發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、基本內(nèi)容和當(dāng)今價(jià)值等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的深入探討和研究。全文共分四個(gè)部分： 第一部分：新民主主義民主思想的理論來(lái)源。其中馬列主義民主思想是新民主主義民主思想最主要的理論來(lái)源,對(duì)新民主主義民主思想的形成起決定性作用；中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)民本思想為新民主主義民主思想的形成和發(fā)展提供了深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)；西方資產(chǎn)階級(jí)民主思想對(duì)新民主主義民主思想的形成和發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。 第二部分：新民主主義民主思想的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。從縱向的角度考察共產(chǎn)黨人根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)矛盾的不同而制定的“建國(guó)構(gòu)想”,從而分析新民主主義民主思想的形成和發(fā)展過(guò)程。 第三部分：新民主主義民主思想的基本內(nèi)容。從橫向的角度考察新民主主義民主思想的內(nèi)涵,主要包含四個(gè)方面：一是對(duì)民主問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)；二是新民主主義憲政思想：三是新民主主義人權(quán)思想；四是保障新民主主義民主思想中的“方法論”—民主集中制思想和法制建設(shè)思想。 第四部分：新民主主義民主思想的特征和當(dāng)代價(jià)值。分析總結(jié)了新民主主義民主思想具有人民性、實(shí)踐性、不平衡性和創(chuàng)造性等特點(diǎn),著重闡述了新民主主義民主思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值,探討了在全球化背景下應(yīng)該立足于中國(guó)的具體國(guó)情,堅(jiān)持中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),堅(jiān)持以人為本的價(jià)值取向,加強(qiáng)民主制度建設(shè),建立民主科學(xué)的決策機(jī)制和健全有效的監(jiān)督機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of China's democratic political civilization, the socialist democratic thought and the new democratic thought are in the same vein. The Chinese Communists, represented by Mao Zedong, expressed a series of important views on the issue of democracy during the period of the new democratic revolution, and formed the new democratic thought. It fundamentally establishes the frame and direction of socialist democratic political construction. Therefore, it is helpful to understand the inevitability of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics and it is of great theoretical significance to construct socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics in order to grasp the democratic thought of this period in an all-round way. In this paper, the origin, development context, basic content and present value of the new democratic thought are discussed and studied systematically. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part: the theoretical source of the new democratic thought. The Marxism-Leninism democratic thought is the main theoretical source of the new democratic thought, which plays a decisive role in the formation of the new democratic thought. The traditional Chinese people-oriented thought provides a profound cultural connotation for the formation and development of the new democratic thought, and the western bourgeois democratic thought has certain guidance and reference for the formation and development of the new democratic thought. The second part: the development of the new democratic thought. In order to analyze the formation and development process of the new democratic thought, the author makes a longitudinal study of the "Founding concept" formulated by the Communists according to the different contradictions in China. The third part: the basic content of the new democratic thought. From the horizontal angle, the connotation of the new democratic thought mainly includes four aspects: the first is the understanding of democracy, the second is the new democratic constitutional thought, the third is the new democratic human rights thought, the other is the new democratic constitutional thought, and the other is the new democratic thought of human rights. The fourth is to guarantee the methodology in the new democratic thought-democratic centralism and the construction of legal system. The fourth part: the characteristics and contemporary value of the new democratic thought. This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the new democratic thought, such as people's character, practicality, imbalance and creativity, and emphatically expounds the contemporary value of the new democratic thought. Under the background of globalization, we should base ourselves on the specific national conditions of China, adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the people-oriented value orientation, strengthen the construction of democratic system, establish a democratic and scientific decision-making mechanism and perfect the effective supervision mechanism.
