【摘要】：馬克思民主觀與熊彼特民主觀是社會(huì)主義與資本主義兩種意識(shí)形態(tài)在民主議題上兩條完全不同的水道,通過(guò)比較分析這兩種民主觀,有助于還原民主的實(shí)質(zhì),澄清人們?cè)诿裰鲉?wèn)題上的錯(cuò)誤認(rèn)識(shí),為確證社會(huì)主義民主的優(yōu)越性提供思路。從本質(zhì)上說(shuō),熊彼特民主觀是一種"經(jīng)濟(jì)政治學(xué)"民主觀,馬克思民主觀是一種"政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)"民主觀,二者的根本區(qū)別在于是否秉持唯物史觀與人民主體立場(chǎng)。熊彼特的民主觀在方法論上以現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)形式抽空了民主的社會(huì)歷史規(guī)定性和人民主體立場(chǎng);馬克思民主觀則始終秉持唯物史觀與人民主體立場(chǎng),故其在民主結(jié)論、民主起點(diǎn)、民主方法及民主場(chǎng)域上,較熊彼特民主觀有著高位格的理論品質(zhì)。而從實(shí)踐層面考察,馬克思民主觀指導(dǎo)下的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治民主模式較熊彼特民主觀指導(dǎo)下的歐洲社會(huì)民主主義民主模式,在民主形式、民主對(duì)象與民主傳播上也具備高位格的實(shí)踐品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Marx's democratic view and Schumpeter's democratic view are two completely different waterways between socialist and capitalist ideologies on the issue of democracy. Through comparative analysis of these two democratic views, it is helpful to restore the essence of democracy. To clarify people's wrong understanding of democracy and to provide ideas for confirming the superiority of socialist democracy. In essence, Schumpeter's view of democracy is a kind of democratic view of "economic politics", and Marx's view of democracy is a kind of "political economy" view of democracy. The fundamental difference between the two lies in whether or not to uphold historical materialism and the people's main position. Schumpeter's concept of democracy in the methodology of modern production in the form of economic and technological forms of democracy to empty the social history of the provisions and the main position of the people; On the other hand, Marx's democratic view always holds the historical materialism and the people's main body position, so it has higher theoretical quality than Schumpeter's democratic view on the conclusion, starting point, method and field of democracy. From a practical point of view, the socialist political democracy model with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of Marx's democratic view is more democratic than that of Europe's social democratic democracy under the guidance of Schumpeter's democratic view, in the form of democracy. The object of democracy and the spread of democracy also have the practice quality of high grid.
