【摘要】：比較歷史分析主要是用來探尋重大社會問題的因果關(guān)系�，F(xiàn)代比較歷史分析成熟于21世紀初,明確了自己的學術(shù)身份,構(gòu)建了自己的學術(shù)共同體。社會革命、社會政策、民主和專制是比較歷史分析的經(jīng)典議題。在社會革命議題上,比較歷史分析重點分析革命的原因,自然歷史學派認為舊制度無法處理經(jīng)濟、政治、軍事危機是革命爆發(fā)的原因;現(xiàn)代化理論認為革命是政府沒有滿足社會變化的需要所導致的;社會結(jié)構(gòu)理論認為國際因素與國內(nèi)階級關(guān)系共同導致革命的爆發(fā)。在社會政策議題上,比較歷史分析關(guān)注各國社會福利政策的差異以及福利體制對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,尤其是美國和歐洲國家福利政策的比較。在民主和專制議題上,比較歷史分析集中討論的是轉(zhuǎn)型背景相似的國家為什么建立了不同的民主體制,甚至有的國家走上專制道路。比較歷史分析方法論上表現(xiàn)為過程分析,認識論上強調(diào)以史實為基礎(chǔ),目前正在豐富和完善歷史關(guān)節(jié)點分析框架,堅持多重因果分析模式,重視行動者的能動性。
[Abstract]:Comparative historical analysis is mainly used to explore the causality of major social problems. Modern comparative historical analysis matured at the beginning of the 21st century, defined its academic identity and constructed its own academic community. Social revolution, social policy, democracy and autocracy are classic topics of comparative historical analysis. On the topic of social revolution, comparing the historical analysis and analyzing the causes of the revolution, the natural history school thinks that the old system can not deal with the economic, political and military crisis is the reason of the revolution. The theory of modernization holds that the revolution is caused by the government's failure to meet the needs of social change, and the theory of social structure holds that international factors and domestic class relations together lead to the outbreak of revolution. On social policy issues, comparative historical analysis focuses on the differences in social welfare policies and the impact of welfare systems on economic development, especially the comparison between national welfare policies in the United States and Europe. On the issue of democracy and autocracy, the comparative historical analysis focuses on why countries with similar transition backgrounds have established different democratic institutions, and even some countries have embarked on the path of autocracy. The methodology of comparative historical analysis is characterized by process analysis, while epistemology emphasizes on historical facts. At present, it is enriching and perfecting the analytical framework of historical key points, insisting on the mode of multi-causal analysis and attaching importance to the initiative of actors.
