【摘要】：美國(guó)政治哲學(xué)家約翰·羅爾斯首創(chuàng)"反思平衡"一詞,并把這一方法提高到哲學(xué)論證的核心地位,他的全部理論都是這一方法的深度例示。反思平衡分為狹義反思平衡和廣義反思平衡,前者僅指在一套信念系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部達(dá)到一致,廣義反思平衡則要在多套信念系統(tǒng)之間達(dá)到一致。羅爾斯從《正義論》到《政治自由主義》的思想演進(jìn)例示了廣義反思平衡是由一系列的反思過(guò)程組成,每一個(gè)新的思考點(diǎn)的引入都可能打破前一段的平衡關(guān)系,成為新一輪反思平衡的撬動(dòng)點(diǎn),并帶動(dòng)著反思過(guò)程往更廣闊的背景理論里延伸,然后在更深或更抽象的層面又獲致一個(gè)全新的平衡點(diǎn),這個(gè)平衡點(diǎn)再一次等待著被新的反思點(diǎn)打破。每一段反思過(guò)程的平衡點(diǎn)都可能是一個(gè)建構(gòu)性的成果,其標(biāo)志性特征就是被抽象或提煉出來(lái)的新概念。
[Abstract]:John Rawls, an American political philosopher, coined the term "rethinking balance" and raised it to the core of philosophical argumentation. Introspection balance can be divided into narrow reflective balance and generalized reflective equilibrium. The former only refers to achieving consistency within a set of belief systems, while the generalized reflexive balance should be consistent among multiple belief systems. The evolution of Rawls' thinking from Justice to political Liberalism shows that the generalized introspection balance is composed of a series of reflective processes, and the introduction of each new thinking point may break the balance relationship of the previous paragraph. To become the crowning point of a new round of reflection balance, and drive the process of reflection into a broader background theory, and then in a deeper or more abstract level to achieve a new balance point, Once again, this balance is waiting to be broken by a new reflection point. The balance point of each reflection process may be a constructive achievement, which is characterized by a new concept abstracted or refined.
