【摘要】：康有為素來熱心國(guó)家政治,在很多文章里都談到了蒙古和西藏問題,將其與國(guó)家統(tǒng)一聯(lián)系在一起。辛亥革命前后,他對(duì)沙俄策動(dòng)外蒙古獨(dú)立、英國(guó)謀奪西藏,表示強(qiáng)烈的憤慨,先后寫了多首詩(shī)抒發(fā)自己憂憤之情,并撰《蒙藏哀詞》長(zhǎng)篇策論,分析蒙藏問題現(xiàn)狀,獻(xiàn)陳外交應(yīng)對(duì)方案,批評(píng)政府失誤。面對(duì)國(guó)家危亡,康有為表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的愛國(guó)情懷,他主張國(guó)內(nèi)團(tuán)結(jié)、民族合一、先敉平內(nèi)亂、統(tǒng)一邊疆、合力對(duì)外,等國(guó)家統(tǒng)一穩(wěn)定之后再追求文明、平等,建立共和政體。
[Abstract]:Kang Youwei has always been enthusiastic about national politics, and has talked about Mongolia and Tibet in many articles, linking them to national unity. Before and after the Revolution of 1911, he expressed his strong indignation at the Czarist Russia's drive for outer Mongolia's independence and Britain's attempt to seize Tibet. He wrote several poems successively to express his feelings of sorrow and indignation, and wrote the "Mongol and Tibetan mourning ci" long policy theory to analyze the current situation of the Mongolian and Tibetan issues. Chen offered a diplomatic response plan, criticizing the government's mistakes. In the face of the national crisis, Kang Youwei showed a strong patriotic feelings, he advocated domestic unity, national unity, first quell civil strife, unify the frontier, join forces with foreign countries, and then pursue civilization, equality, and the establishment of a republic after the reunification and stability of the country.
