【摘要】：權(quán)力本身就是一種利益并帶來(lái)利益,從而恒具擴(kuò)張性。正因?yàn)榇?使得旨在獲取與運(yùn)用權(quán)力、適成公共事務(wù)的政治,只能用理性去節(jié)制,必須放置于公共理性的平臺(tái)之上,要求伸張政治的理性之維,確保政制運(yùn)作循依政治理性。換言之,迫使權(quán)力承認(rèn)說(shuō)理的必要性,促使政治承認(rèn)并兌現(xiàn)講理說(shuō)理是合法性的唯一基礎(chǔ)這一合法性本身。也許政治屬于道德不入之地,但卻必須是理性的領(lǐng)地。就此而言,政治哲學(xué)不僅在于辨析政治本身是否以及能否成為一種多少具有理性可言的活動(dòng),而且,經(jīng)此追究,為政制提煉政治理性,揭示并建設(shè)政治的理性品格。進(jìn)而,反轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)來(lái),以此品格要求現(xiàn)實(shí)政治,約制現(xiàn)實(shí)的政治進(jìn)程,嚴(yán)防其永恒具有的自私作惡傾向。當(dāng)下中國(guó)語(yǔ)境下,政治哲學(xué)的勃興,源于找尋妥當(dāng)堅(jiān)實(shí)的政治原則與可信可行的政治價(jià)值這一切實(shí)需要,旨在回應(yīng)建構(gòu)政治正當(dāng)性這一急迫時(shí)代追問(wèn)。
[Abstract]:The power itself is a kind of benefit and brings the benefit, thus has the expansibility. Because of this, politics, which aims to obtain and exercise power and become a public affair, can only be controlled by reason, and must be placed on the platform of public rationality, which demands the maintenance of the rational dimension of politics and ensures that the political system operates in accordance with political rationality. In other words, the necessity of forcing power to acknowledge reasoning, and political recognition and realization of reason as the sole basis of legitimacy itself. Politics may belong to the moral world, but it must be the domain of reason. In this regard, political philosophy is not only to distinguish whether and whether politics itself can become a kind of rational activity, but also to refine political rationality for the political system and to reveal and build the rational character of politics. Then, reverse, demand realistic politics, restrain the political process of reality, strictly guard against its selfish and evil tendency. In the present Chinese context, the rise of political philosophy originates from the need to find appropriate and solid political principles and credible and feasible political values, in order to respond to the urgent question of constructing political legitimacy.
