【摘要】：從當(dāng)前國家要求深化民主政治改革,依法治國,健全和完善社會主義民主制度的背景下,民本思想中關(guān)于得民心、取民信、愛民、保民、富民、惠民的思想,關(guān)于重民意、察民情、撫民生的經(jīng)驗和方法,依然廣泛體現(xiàn)在當(dāng)今國家的方針政策中。這表明研究作為中國古代民本思想源頭的《尚書》有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要研究的是《尚書》的民本思想的主要內(nèi)容、特點、作用及其現(xiàn)代意義,并比較了《尚書》民本思想中的民本思想與現(xiàn)代民主思想的異同,力圖挖掘《尚書》民本思想的現(xiàn)代價值,選擇《尚書》,并梳理、解析其中的民本思想,可謂追本溯源。文章從《尚書》民本思想的研究現(xiàn)狀入手,解釋民本思想的主要內(nèi)涵,并指出本文的研究思路和創(chuàng)新點。在論及《尚書》民本思想的主要內(nèi)容的時候,主要從以下幾個方面概括：即：民惟邦本、本固邦寧；重視民意；敬天保民、明德慎罰；重農(nóng)裕民,安民惠民等,在《尚書》民本思想的特點一章中,概括其具有的超驗性、重“德、禮、教”、局限性等方面的特點,重點闡述了民本思想對孟子、黃宗羲民本思想的影響,以及從積極消極兩個方面辯證地看待《尚書》民本思想,最后一章力圖探索《尚書》民本思想向現(xiàn)代民本轉(zhuǎn)換的途徑,挖掘《尚書》民本思想對現(xiàn)代民主政治建設(shè)的重要意義。本文對于先人流傳下來的哲思理念和道德判斷的梳理,體現(xiàn)了“勿忘本方能開辟未來”的繼承精神,選擇性吸收,努力探索中華民族創(chuàng)造的優(yōu)異精神財富來給今人學(xué)而時習(xí)之,對和諧時代新風(fēng)貌有獨特的內(nèi)化作用。
[Abstract]:In the context of the current state's demand for deepening democratic political reform, governing the country according to law, and perfecting the socialist democratic system, the idea of gaining the people's support, winning the people's trust, loving the people, protecting the people, enriching the people, and benefiting the people in the people's thought is about emphasizing public opinion. The experience and methods of observing the people's situation and caring for the people's livelihood are still widely reflected in the current national policies and principles. This indicates that the study of Shangshu, as the source of Chinese ancient people-oriented thought, has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper mainly studies the main contents, characteristics, functions and modern significance of the people-oriented thought in Shangshu, and compares the similarities and differences between the people-oriented thought and the modern democratic thought in Shangshu. Trying to excavate the modern value of the thought of "Shang Shu", choosing "Shang Shu", combing and analyzing the thought of "people-oriented", can be said to trace back to the source. This paper starts with the current situation of the study of the people-oriented thought, explains the main connotation of the people-oriented thought, and points out the research ideas and innovative points of this paper. When discussing the main contents of the people-oriented thought in Shang Shu, it is summarized from the following aspects: the people are the only people, the original is the people, the people are attached importance to the public opinion, the people are protected by heaven and the people, and they are punished carefully by virtue. In the chapter on the characteristics of the people-oriented thought of "Shang Shu", the author summarizes its characteristics of transcendence, emphasis on "morality, propriety, education" and limitation, and puts emphasis on the people-oriented thought on Mencius. The influence of Huang Zongxi's people-oriented thought, as well as the dialectical view of "Shang Shu" > "People-Oriented thought" from two aspects of positive and negative, the last chapter tries to explore the way of transforming "Shangshu" people-based thought to modern people-oriented thought. Excavate the important significance of the people-oriented thought to the construction of modern democratic politics. In this paper, the philosophy and moral judgment passed down by the forefathers reflect the inheriting spirit of "do not forget that we can open up the future", selectively absorb, and strive to explore the excellent spiritual wealth created by the Chinese nation in order to learn from it for the present. It plays a unique role in internalizing the new style and features of the harmonious era.
