【摘要】：公平與正義在含義上具有相近性,因而在習(xí)慣上通常將兩者放在一起合用。公平與正義具有歷史的性質(zhì),也具有階級(jí)的性質(zhì),不同的公平正義觀對(duì)公平正義會(huì)訴諸不同的理解。公平正義所牽涉的領(lǐng)域具有普遍性與廣泛性,在社會(huì)財(cái)富分配領(lǐng)域,公平與正義所要解決的是人們的實(shí)得與應(yīng)得的關(guān)系問(wèn)題。社會(huì)財(cái)富分配的公平、正義與否,不在于人們所得的多少,也不在于人們收入差距的大小,而在于人們的所得或?qū)嵉檬欠袷撬膽?yīng)得。社會(huì)財(cái)富分配的公平與正義,就是要讓每個(gè)人的所得成為他的應(yīng)得。要真正使人們的所得成為其應(yīng)得,應(yīng)貫徹權(quán)利與義務(wù)相平衡的原則,讓每個(gè)人為社會(huì)財(cái)富生產(chǎn)所作的貢獻(xiàn)與自己的所得相匹配。
[Abstract]:Fairness and justice are similar in meaning, so they are customarily used to be put together. Fairness and justice have historical nature as well as class nature. Different views on fairness and justice will appeal to different understandings of fairness and justice. The field of fairness and justice is universal and extensive. In the field of social wealth distribution, fairness and justice should solve the problem of the relationship between people's real and due. The fair and just distribution of social wealth does not lie in the amount of people's income, nor in the size of people's income gap, but in whether people's income or actual income is his due. The fair and just distribution of social wealth is to let everyone's income become his due. In order to make people's income become their due, we should carry out the principle of balance between right and duty, so that everyone's contribution to the production of social wealth should be matched with his own income.
