【摘要】：正民粹主義在中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界談?wù)撘丫?且有被泛化的趨勢(shì),許多人把中國(guó)的以及世界范圍的以平等為主要價(jià)值訴求的各種思潮都冠以民粹主義之名。近年來(lái),隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)民主的發(fā)展,民粹主義又成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的熱詞,有的人甚至稱其為"草根階層"的意識(shí)形態(tài),學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)民粹主義的評(píng)價(jià)也是褒貶不一,但究竟何謂民粹主義,卻是眾說(shuō)紛紜、莫衷一是。本來(lái),民粹主義作為一種舶來(lái)品,在中國(guó)一直未能成為有影響力的思潮,人們對(duì)之的關(guān)注也是日漸式微。然而,在改革開(kāi)放深入發(fā)展的今天,民粹主義情緒和思潮卻
