【摘要】：正何夢(mèng)筆(Carsten Herrmann-Pillath)是德國(guó)法蘭克福金融與管理學(xué)院教授,長(zhǎng)期關(guān)注中國(guó)、俄羅斯等轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)體的發(fā)展研究。本文被收錄于《當(dāng)代中國(guó)的政權(quán)合法性:體制變革與穩(wěn)定性》(Regime Legitimacy in Contemporary China:Institutional Change and Stability,Thomas Heberer and Gunter Schubert eds.,London:Routledge,2009)一書(shū)。文章指出,中國(guó)由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)到市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型已經(jīng)漸近完成,這一轉(zhuǎn)型是在沒(méi)有清晰的總體規(guī)劃的情況下進(jìn)行的,本文提出這一"摸著石頭過(guò)河"
[Abstract]:Carsten Herrmann-Pillath is a professor at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany, who has long focused on the development of transition economies such as China and Russia. This article is included in the book legitimacy of regime in Contemporary China: institutional change and Stability. (Regime Legitimacy in Contemporary China:Institutional Change and Stability,Thomas Heberer and Gunter Schubert eds.,London:Routledge,2009. The article points out that China's transition from planned economy to market economy is nearing completion, and this transition is taking place without a clear overall plan.
