論徐復(fù)觀的融通民主觀及其當(dāng)代價(jià)值

【摘要】:徐復(fù)觀(1903—1982)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代重要思想家之一,中國(guó)現(xiàn)代民主自由主義思潮的重要代表人物。在政論方面,徐復(fù)觀被譽(yù)為現(xiàn)代中國(guó)自梁?jiǎn)⒊蟮谝恢ЧP。他將中國(guó)儒家思想之精髓民本思想與現(xiàn)代民主政治精神結(jié)合起來(lái),并通過(guò)對(duì)儒家政治思想正面價(jià)值的深度開掘,來(lái)補(bǔ)救現(xiàn)代民主政治思想精神基礎(chǔ)之不足,從儒家傳統(tǒng)走向民主自由主義。他的政治思想主張自由、平等、民主,將自由主義理論中的法治思想引入儒家思想的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu),力圖使傳統(tǒng)儒家的價(jià)值理論成為現(xiàn)代自由民主的價(jià)值基礎(chǔ),使現(xiàn)代自由民主政治的基本觀點(diǎn)與中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的政治資源融合,使西方的民主政治制度嫁接到中國(guó)現(xiàn)代政治社會(huì)中來(lái)。因此,對(duì)徐復(fù)觀的融通民主觀進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)其當(dāng)代價(jià)值的探究,可以為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主建設(shè)與發(fā)展提供重要的啟示。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開: 首先,簡(jiǎn)介徐復(fù)觀的生平及其學(xué)術(shù)造詣。 其次,概述徐復(fù)觀融通民主觀的形成。徐復(fù)觀的政治思想是在受到了中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)儒家思想,孫中山的“三民主義”和西方政治思想的影響下所形成的,從對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的梳理到對(duì)民主的追求,將傳統(tǒng)民本與西方民主相融通成為他一生奮斗的方向。 第三,總結(jié)徐復(fù)觀的融通民主觀的主要內(nèi)容。主要包括三個(gè)方面,即民本主義,民主主義,民本民主的融通探索,其中他的民本主義、民主主義思想是其進(jìn)行融通探索的理論基礎(chǔ),在此理論基礎(chǔ)之上,他主張將中國(guó)儒家的精華民本思想與西方民主政治相融通,將兩者的融通作為其思想最終的目標(biāo),并且探討了兩者相融合的理論依據(jù)和理論構(gòu)想。 第四,對(duì)徐復(fù)觀的融通民主觀做一個(gè)合理的評(píng)價(jià),指出其融通民主觀的合理性和局限性。合理性中既包括了其對(duì)中西文化創(chuàng)新性的兼容,對(duì)過(guò)去新儒家的超越,也包括了它對(duì)政治主客體的正確認(rèn)識(shí),即人民才是政治的主體。局限性中則指出了其理論方法及其融通民主觀的本身的局限性。 最后,通過(guò)上述的研究,升華出融通民主觀的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。主要包括:一、傳承中國(guó)民本思想,強(qiáng)調(diào)“人民至上”:建立服務(wù)型政府,進(jìn)一步做好民生工作。二、推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義民主,進(jìn)一步確定人民當(dāng)家做主的地位:不斷提升人民的政治主體地位;毫不動(dòng)搖的堅(jiān)持人民民主專政制度,進(jìn)一步完善中國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)制度。三、積極推動(dòng)民本與民主的融合:在民本的基礎(chǔ)上落實(shí)人民的主體地位;推進(jìn)德治與法治的和諧發(fā)展;創(chuàng)造比西方更優(yōu)秀的民主政治制度。
[Abstract]:Xu Fuguan (1903-1982) is one of the important thinkers of modern China, and an important representative of modern democratic liberalism in China. In political theory, Xu Fuguan is praised as the first pen in modern China since Liang Qichao. He combined the essence of Chinese Confucian thought with the spirit of modern democratic politics, and through the deep excavation of the positive value of Confucian political thought, he remedied the deficiency of the spiritual foundation of modern democratic political thought. From Confucian tradition to democratic liberalism. His political thought advocates freedom, equality and democracy. He introduces the rule of law thought in liberalism theory into the inner structure of Confucianism, and tries to make the value theory of traditional Confucianism become the value foundation of modern freedom and democracy. The basic viewpoint of modern liberal democratic politics is fused with Chinese traditional political resources, and the western democratic political system is grafted into Chinese modern political society. Therefore, the study of Xu Fuguan's view of fusion democracy and the exploration of its contemporary value can provide important enlightenment for the construction and development of socialist democracy in China. This paper mainly starts from the following aspects: first, brief introduction of Xu Fuguan's life and academic attainments. Secondly, it summarizes the formation of Xu Fuguan's view of fusion and democracy. Xu Fuguan's political thought was formed under the influence of Chinese traditional Confucianism, Sun Zhongshan's "three people's principles" and western political thought, from combing the tradition to pursuing democracy. The integration of traditional people-based and western democracy became the direction of his life struggle. Third, summarize the main content of Xu Fuguan's view of fusion democracy. It mainly includes three aspects, that is, people-oriented doctrine, democracy, people-oriented democracy fusion exploration, in which his people-oriented doctrine, democratic thought is the theoretical basis for his exploration, on the basis of this theory, He advocated the combination of the essence of Chinese Confucianism and the western democratic politics, and regarded the fusion of the two as the ultimate goal of his thought, and discussed the theoretical basis and theoretical conception of the fusion of the two. Fourthly, the author makes a reasonable evaluation of Xu Fuguan's view of fusing democracy, and points out its rationality and limitation. Rationality includes not only its compatibility with the innovation of Chinese and Western cultures, the transcendence of the Neo-Confucianism in the past, but also its correct understanding of the subject and object of politics, that is, the people are the subject of politics. The limitation points out its theoretical method and the limitation of the view of fusion democracy. Finally, through the above research, sublimation of the contemporary value of the concept of inclusive democracy. Mainly include: first, inherits the Chinese people-based thought, emphasizes "the people first": establishes the service-oriented government, further completes the livelihood work. Second, to promote socialist democracy and further determine the status of the people as masters of their own country: to continuously upgrade the people's political status; to unswervingly uphold the people's democratic dictatorship system; and to further improve the system of the Chinese people's Congress. Third, to actively promote the integration of people-oriented and democratic: to implement the people's dominant position on the basis of people-oriented; to promote the harmonious development of the rule of virtue and the rule of law; and to create a better democratic political system than that of the West.
