【摘要】：管仲作為春秋時(shí)期的法家代表人物,是我國(guó)春秋時(shí)期著名的思想家、哲學(xué)家、政治家、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、軍事家,管仲的思想涉及政治、外交、軍事、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等方方面面,主要包括法治思想、富民思想、禮義思想、民本思想等眾多的思想。管仲生活在春秋時(shí)期社會(huì)大動(dòng)蕩和大轉(zhuǎn)型的時(shí)代背景下,當(dāng)時(shí)又處于百家爭(zhēng)鳴的思想文化激烈交流和碰撞的時(shí)期,作為著名的思想家、哲學(xué)家、政治家、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、軍事家,對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)治理的思考有著很高的深度和廣度。管仲在政治、外交、軍事、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等方方面面的思想都體現(xiàn)出了管仲對(duì)于社會(huì)治理體制思想的獨(dú)到的思考和見解,其中法治思想、富民思想、禮義思想、民本思想等眾多的思想都對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)治理體制的改革和創(chuàng)新有著非同尋常的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。管仲關(guān)于社會(huì)治理的思想對(duì)于今天社會(huì)治理體制的改革和創(chuàng)新仍有著重要的借鑒和指導(dǎo)作用,管仲在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化等方面的思想,對(duì)于今天社會(huì)矛盾的化解和社會(huì)問題的解決有著重要的理論指導(dǎo)作用,對(duì)于構(gòu)建和諧的社會(huì)秩序和社會(huì)環(huán)境有著重要的理論參考價(jià)值和借鑒意義。本文嘗試通過對(duì)管仲在各方面的思想進(jìn)行梳理,研究管仲社會(huì)治理思想。一方面,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)"管仲的社會(huì)治理思想"這一研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行深入的研究。研究管仲的社會(huì)治理思想,探索和了解管仲的社會(huì)治理思想的內(nèi)容,梳理和分析管仲的社會(huì)治理思想的特點(diǎn)和不足,闡釋管仲的社會(huì)治理思想產(chǎn)生的個(gè)人原因和時(shí)代背景,對(duì)管仲的社會(huì)治理思想有一個(gè)綜合客觀的分析和評(píng)價(jià)。另一方面,采用歷史比較法對(duì)管仲的社會(huì)治理思想和現(xiàn)代社會(huì)治理體制改革和創(chuàng)新的時(shí)代要求進(jìn)行比較分析。通過研究管仲的社會(huì)治理思想與當(dāng)今社會(huì)治理體制改革和創(chuàng)新的時(shí)代背景和要求是否相適應(yīng),來探索和發(fā)掘管仲的社會(huì)治理思想中對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)治理體制改革和創(chuàng)新有益的部分。通過探究管仲社會(huì)治理思想中的核心和精髓內(nèi)容,為現(xiàn)代中國(guó)社會(huì)主義社會(huì)治理體制的改革和創(chuàng)新提供中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)思想文化中的精髓部分的理論指導(dǎo)和借鑒,深化馬克思主義和中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)思想文化的融合,形成中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義社會(huì)治理體制,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì)治理體制的改革和創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Guan Zhong, as a representative figure of the Legalists in the Spring and Autumn period, is a famous thinker, philosopher, politician, economist, strategist in China during the Spring and Autumn period. Guan Zhong's thoughts involve political, diplomatic, military, economic, social, cultural and other aspects. It mainly includes the thought of rule of law, the thought of enriching the people, the thought of propriety and righteousness, the thought of people-oriented and so on. Guan Zhong lived under the background of the great social turbulence and transformation in the Spring and Autumn period, and was in the period of intense exchange and collision of thought and culture of a hundred schools of thought at that time. He was a famous thinker, philosopher, politician, economist, and strategist. At that time, the thinking of social governance has a high depth and breadth. Guan Zhong's political, diplomatic, military, economic, social, cultural and other aspects of his thoughts reflect Guan Zhong's unique thinking and opinions on the social governance system, including the thought of rule of law, the idea of enriching the people, and the thought of propriety and righteousness. The people-oriented thought and so on all have the unusual guidance and the reference significance to the social governance system reform and the innovation. Guan Zhong's thoughts on social governance still play an important role in drawing lessons from and guiding the reform and innovation of the social governance system today. Guan Zhong's thoughts on politics, economy, society and culture, It plays an important role in guiding the solution of social contradictions and social problems, and has important theoretical reference value and significance for the construction of harmonious social order and social environment. This paper attempts to study Guan Zhong's social governance thoughts by combing his ideas in various aspects. On the one hand, the research object of Guanzhong's thought of social governance is deeply studied by the method of literature research. This paper studies Guan Zhong's social governance thoughts, explores and understands the contents of Guan Zhong's social governance thoughts, combs and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of Guan Zhong's social governance thoughts, and explains the personal reasons and the background of the times in which Guan Zhong's social governance thoughts come into being. Guan Zhong's social governance thought has a comprehensive objective analysis and evaluation. On the other hand, the author makes a comparative analysis of Guan Zhong's thoughts of social governance and the requirements of the times of the reform and innovation of modern social governance system by using the historical comparative method. By studying whether Guan Zhong's thought of social governance is suitable to the background and requirements of the reform and innovation of the current social governance system, this paper explores and excavates the beneficial part of Guan Zhong's social governance thought to the reform and innovation of the current social governance system. By exploring the core and essence of Guan Zhong's thoughts on social governance, this paper provides theoretical guidance and reference for the reform and innovation of the governance system of modern Chinese socialist society in the quintessence of Chinese traditional ideology and culture. We should deepen the integration of Marxism and Chinese traditional ideology and culture, form a socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics, and realize the reform and innovation of the socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics.
