【摘要】：本文從具體的歷史環(huán)境出發(fā),力爭(zhēng)客觀、忠實(shí)地分析誕生韓非子政治思想的時(shí)代背景。這包括韓非子所生活的那個(gè)時(shí)代的政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和文化環(huán)境,通過(guò)對(duì)這種環(huán)境的分析、解讀,我們明了了本文論主所處的那個(gè)時(shí)代。與此同時(shí),作者給出了評(píng)價(jià)一種政治思想是否具備道德屬性的兩個(gè)基本尺度。那個(gè)時(shí)代和這個(gè)尺度是本文立論的兩個(gè)基礎(chǔ)。在這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)上,作者從構(gòu)成韓非子政治思想的三個(gè)方面分別對(duì)其政治思想作了道德性解讀。這三個(gè)方面是構(gòu)成韓非子政治思想的主體,它包括法、術(shù)和勢(shì)理論。作者立足于韓非子理論的原著對(duì)其法、術(shù)和勢(shì)理論的加以解讀,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合其他研究論者對(duì)其理論的研究結(jié)論并加以分析。經(jīng)過(guò)這些分析,本文從總體上得出了結(jié)論,那就是韓非子政治思想具有很強(qiáng)的道德屬性。這一研究不但有助于重新認(rèn)識(shí)韓非的政治思想,而且有助于重新審視中國(guó)的政治發(fā)展史。與此同時(shí),這一研究對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)的和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)和人類(lèi)終極命運(yùn)的思考也似乎能夠提供些許有益的啟迪。
[Abstract]:Based on the specific historical environment, this paper tries to analyze the background of Han Feizi's political thought objectively and faithfully. This includes the political environment, economic environment and cultural environment of the era in which Han Feizi lived. At the same time, the author gives two basic criteria for evaluating whether a political thought has a moral attribute. That time and this yardstick are the two foundations of this thesis. On this basis, the author interprets Han Feizi's political thought from three aspects. These three aspects are the main body of Han Feizi's political thought, which includes the theory of law, art and power. Based on the original works of Han Feizi's theory, the author interprets the theory of law, technique and potential, and on this basis, combines with the research conclusions of other scholars and analyzes it. Through these analyses, this paper draws a conclusion that Han Feizi's political thought has a strong moral attribute. This study not only helps to re-understand Han Fei's political thought, but also helps to re-examine the history of political development in China. At the same time, this study can provide some beneficial enlightenment to the construction of harmonious society and the ultimate destiny of human beings.
