【摘要】：正現(xiàn)代政黨政治發(fā)源于英美等西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,是歐美資本主義國(guó)家的產(chǎn)物。目前,除實(shí)行君主制、酋長(zhǎng)制或政教合一等的國(guó)家禁止政黨存在外,政黨政治已成為世界上絕大多數(shù)國(guó)家的政治運(yùn)作方式。黨規(guī)黨紀(jì)是政黨的各級(jí)組織及其黨員必須遵守的行為規(guī)范,是維系政黨組織存續(xù)的關(guān)鍵因素。黨規(guī)黨紀(jì)建設(shè),一方面是政黨用以建設(shè)黨組織、增強(qiáng)其參政執(zhí)政能力的工具;另一方面,作為執(zhí)政黨的黨派,其黨規(guī)黨紀(jì)建設(shè)更是一國(guó)國(guó)家治理理念的反映,因此,加強(qiáng)黨
[Abstract]:The modern party politics originated from the western developed countries, such as the United States and the United States, and is the product of the European and American capitalist countries. At present, political party politics has become the political operation mode of most countries in the world, except that the monarchy, the chieftaincy or the combination of politics and religion are prohibited from the existence of political parties. Party discipline is the behavior norm that party organizations at all levels and their members must abide by, and it is the key factor to maintain the existence of party organizations.
