【摘要】：毛澤東的政黨政治道德思想是中國化的馬克思主義政黨倫理學(xué)說,是馬克思主義的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀在政治倫理方面的重要體現(xiàn)。它是在繼承發(fā)展馬克思主義政治道德理論、揚(yáng)棄中國傳統(tǒng)政治倫理思想和西方近代倫理學(xué)說的基礎(chǔ)上,在中國革命和建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中形成了自己特色的突出理論。在這一完整的思想體系中,毛澤東圍繞全心全意為人民服務(wù)的核心理念,以愛國主義、社會(huì)主義、集體主義和革命人道主義為原則,以實(shí)事求是、秉公無私、清正廉潔、顧全大局、謙虛謹(jǐn)慎、艱苦奮斗等精神為規(guī)范,引導(dǎo)黨員向著社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的偉大目標(biāo)而奮斗。它不但指導(dǎo)著黨從弱小走向強(qiáng)大,從革命走向執(zhí)政的歷史進(jìn)程,還為中國共產(chǎn)黨的建設(shè)的“偉大的工程”增添了寶貴的精神財(cái)富。在新的歷史條件下,堅(jiān)持實(shí)踐毛澤東的政黨政治道德思想,提高黨員思想政治素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)黨員服務(wù)人民的本領(lǐng),弘揚(yáng)黨員求真務(wù)實(shí)、真抓實(shí)干的工作作風(fēng),清正廉潔、大公無私的道德品質(zhì)以及艱苦奮斗、戒驕戒躁的政治本色依然具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在中國共產(chǎn)黨帶領(lǐng)全國人民共創(chuàng)和諧社會(huì)的新階段,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)充分發(fā)揮毛澤東政黨政治道德思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)功用,為共產(chǎn)黨政治道德建設(shè)的研究提供參考,給新形勢下黨建的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展補(bǔ)充政治營養(yǎng),從而增強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政應(yīng)變能力和駕馭整個(gè)社會(huì)政治架構(gòu)的能力。 本文主要從四個(gè)方面來論述: 第一部分:介紹了政黨政治道德的基本概念,從政治與道德的關(guān)系入手,界定政黨政治道德的內(nèi)涵與外延,揭示其本質(zhì)和功能。 第二部分:從中國傳統(tǒng)政治道德、西方近代倫理學(xué)說和馬克思主義政治道德觀三個(gè)方面來分析毛澤東政黨政治道德思想的理論淵源。 第三部分:詳細(xì)梳理了毛澤東政黨政治道德的核心思想、基本原則、具體規(guī)范、重要范疇和實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,并闡明其政黨政治道德思想的歷史作用。 第四部分:揭示了當(dāng)前我國黨政干部政治道德現(xiàn)狀與危害并進(jìn)行原因分析,進(jìn)而闡釋出毛澤東政黨政治道德思想的現(xiàn)代價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's party political morality thought is the Chinese Marxism party ethics theory, is the Marxism world outlook, the outlook on life and the values in the political ethics aspect important embodiment. On the basis of inheriting and developing Marxist political and moral theory and abandoning Chinese traditional political ethics thought and western modern ethics theory, it has formed its own distinctive theory in the practice of Chinese revolution and construction. In this complete ideological system, Mao Zedong revolved around the core idea of serving the people wholeheartedly, taking patriotism, socialism, collectivism and revolutionary humanitarianism as the principles, seeking truth from facts, being impartial, being honest and honest, The spirit of considering the overall situation, modesty and prudence, hard work and so on guides Party members to strive towards the great goal of socialist cause. It not only guides the historical process of the Party from weak to strong, from revolution to ruling, but also adds valuable spiritual wealth to the "great project" of the construction of the Communist Party of China. Under the new historical conditions, we should adhere to Mao Zedong's party political and moral thinking, improve the ideological and political quality of party members, enhance the ability of party members to serve the people, carry forward the style of work of party members in seeking truth and pragmatism, and work hard, and be honest and clean. The selfless moral quality and hard work, the political essence of preventing arrogance and impetuosity still have important practical significance. In the new stage of the Communist Party of China leading the whole country to create a harmonious society, we should give full play to the contemporary value and practical function of Mao Zedong's party political morality, and provide a reference for the study of the Communist Party's political moral construction. To supplement the political nutrition to the innovation and development of the Party building under the new situation, thus to strengthen the Party's ability to be in power and to handle the whole social and political structure. This article mainly discusses from four aspects: the first part: it introduces the basic concept of political morality of political party, starting with the relation between politics and morality, defines the connotation and extension of political morality of political party, and reveals its essence and function. The second part analyzes the theoretical origin of Mao Zedong's party political morality from three aspects: Chinese traditional political morality, western modern ethics and Marxist political morality. The third part: combing the core thought, basic principle, concrete norm, important category and realizing way of Mao Zedong's party political morality in detail, and expounding the historical function of Mao Zedong's party political moral thought. The fourth part: it reveals the present situation and harm of political morality of party and government cadres in our country and analyzes the reasons, and then explains the modern value of Mao Zedong's political moral thought of political party.
