【摘要】：沃爾澤反對(duì)羅爾斯提出的在差別原則上的平等觀,進(jìn)而提出一種多元復(fù)合平等觀。在沃爾澤看來(lái),羅爾斯的平等觀是一種簡(jiǎn)單平等,而簡(jiǎn)單平等必然導(dǎo)致新的不平等,只有不同領(lǐng)域里多種平等同時(shí)起作用,社會(huì)才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)平等。然而,他的平等觀并非是要實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)財(cái)產(chǎn)占有的平等,而是希望不同領(lǐng)域里的支配性善不超越其界限,并且不造成人對(duì)人的支配和奴役。同時(shí),他認(rèn)為在社會(huì)諸善中,最基本的善是成員資格的善,這是決定其他一定善的享有的前提。
[Abstract]:Walzer objected to Rawls' view of equality on the principle of difference, and then put forward a view of multivariate and compound equality. In Walzer's view, Rawls' view of equality is a simple equality, and simple equality is bound to lead to new inequality. However, his idea of equality is not to realize the equality of possession of social property, but to hope that the dominant good in different fields does not exceed its limits and does not result in the domination and enslavement of human beings. At the same time, he thinks that the most basic good in the society is membership, which is the premise to determine the enjoyment of other good.
