【摘要】： 本文旨在從有限理性維度來研究現(xiàn)代社會公共管理事務(wù)中行政決策問題,從而建構(gòu)行政決策理性制度保障的現(xiàn)實途徑。本文的研究思路遵循如下線索：第一章，，行政決策行為及有限理性特性；第二章,行政決策的客觀有限理性；第三章,行政決策的主觀有限理性；第四章,行政決策的混合有限理性；第五章,建構(gòu)行政決策的充分理性制度保障。本文通過對行政決策行為的有限理性維度的理論分析、案例解讀和實驗探索,從全新的角度闡釋行政決策的有限理性問題。通過運用已知的理論結(jié)合具體實踐來分析行政決策的有限理性維度問題,本文試圖建構(gòu)行政決策的理性制度保障機制。本文以行政決策的有限理性的維度為基本視角和基本切入點來研究行政決策理論,深入的分析了行政決策的有限理性的構(gòu)成以及怎樣建構(gòu)行政決策的理性制度保障的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the problem of administrative decision in the public administration affairs of modern society from the dimension of limited rationality, so as to construct a realistic way to guarantee the rational system of administrative decision-making. The research ideas of this paper follow the following clues: the first chapter, the behavior of administrative decision-making and the characteristics of limited rationality; the second chapter, the objective limited rationality of administrative decision-making; the third chapter, the subjective limited rationality of administrative decision-making; the fourth chapter, The fifth chapter is to construct the full rational system of administrative decision-making. Through the theoretical analysis, case interpretation and experimental exploration of the limited rational dimension of administrative decision-making, this paper explains the limited rationality of administrative decision-making from a new perspective. By using known theory and concrete practice to analyze the limited rational dimension of administrative decision, this paper tries to construct the rational system guarantee mechanism of administrative decision. This paper studies the theory of administrative decision from the perspective of limited rationality of administrative decision, and analyzes the composition of limited rationality of administrative decision and the path choice of how to construct the rational system of administrative decision.
