【摘要】：自政治哲學(xué)興起以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外涌現(xiàn)出一大批學(xué)者對(duì)政治哲學(xué)的基本問(wèn)題——正義問(wèn)題展開(kāi)廣泛深入的研究。在西方眾多政治哲學(xué)流派當(dāng)中,尤其在分析的馬克思主義流派中,艾倫·布坎南是一位非常出色的代表。他立足于對(duì)馬克思的正義問(wèn)題的分析,通過(guò)對(duì)馬克思的"共產(chǎn)主義"思想的理解,重新構(gòu)建了馬克思的正義問(wèn)題的邏輯框架。布坎南在批判伍德、霍爾姆斯特倫等人的觀點(diǎn)的過(guò)程中為馬克思的正義理論正名,并提出馬克思在對(duì)資本主義進(jìn)行批判的時(shí)候,不是從正義和權(quán)利的法權(quán)概念視角出發(fā)的,馬克思的"正義"是非法權(quán)的"外在批判"。
[Abstract]:Since the rise of political philosophy, a large number of scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive and in-depth research on the basic problem of political philosophy-justice. Among many political philosophy schools in the West, especially in the Marxist school of analysis, Alan Buchanan is a very outstanding representative. Based on the analysis of Marx's problem of justice, he reconstructed the logical frame of Marx's problem of justice through the understanding of Marx's thought of "communism". Buchanan corrected Marx's theory of justice in the process of criticizing the views of Wood and Holmstellen, and pointed out that when Marx criticized capitalism, he did not start from the perspective of the concept of justice and the right of law. Marx's Justice is the external criticism of illegal right.
