【摘要】：在盧梭的政治哲學(xué)中,"自然狀態(tài)"概念的政治倫理意義是基礎(chǔ)性的。通過(guò)對(duì)人類從野蠻人到社會(huì)人的"自然歷史"的敘述,盧梭試圖在現(xiàn)代政治設(shè)計(jì)的框架中尋找"自然法"與善治的可能性。同時(shí),通過(guò)劃定"自然狀態(tài)"概念的倫理外延,盧梭將人之自然的"異化"指認(rèn)為"社會(huì)狀態(tài)"和善惡區(qū)分的起點(diǎn)。但是,盧梭所定義的"自然狀態(tài)"更多的是一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)主義的概念,是人類政治生活本已有之的良善狀態(tài)的可能性,而不是在線性歷史層面"異化—生成"的狀態(tài)。作為文明異化的結(jié)果,市民社會(huì)雖然與"自然狀態(tài)"相對(duì)立,但是其內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)和人性基礎(chǔ)卻足以提供人為建構(gòu)新的"自然狀態(tài)"的可能。當(dāng)然,在盧梭哲學(xué)中,這一可能愿景的實(shí)現(xiàn)則需要通過(guò)基于社會(huì)契約的現(xiàn)代政治得到建構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In Rousseau's political philosophy, the political ethical significance of the concept of "natural state" is fundamental. Through the narration of the "natural history" of human beings from barbarians to social people, Rousseau tries to find the possibility of "natural law" and good governance in the framework of modern political design. At the same time, by defining the ethical extension of the concept of "natural state", Rousseau identified the "alienation" of human nature as the starting point of the distinction between "social state" and "good and evil". However, Rousseau's definition of "natural state" is more a structuralist concept, a possibility of good state already existing in human political life, rather than a state of "dissimilation-generation" in linear history. As a result of civilization alienation, civil society is opposed to "natural state", but its internal structure and human nature foundation can provide the possibility of artificial construction of new "natural state". Of course, in Rousseau's philosophy, the realization of this possible vision needs to be constructed through modern politics based on social contract.
