【摘要】：作為特定的利益集團結(jié)構(gòu)和作為特定的政策形成過程的統(tǒng)合主義分別為研究者所重視,形成了兩種不同的統(tǒng)合主義理論視野。20世紀(jì)90年代早期之前,統(tǒng)合主義的制度結(jié)構(gòu)方面獲得了優(yōu)勢地位,但過度的結(jié)構(gòu)——功能解釋錯誤地預(yù)測了統(tǒng)合主義的發(fā)展前景,并在20世紀(jì)90年代中后期歐洲政策新發(fā)展面前缺乏解釋力,統(tǒng)合主義的動態(tài)過程方面重新贏得關(guān)注。國內(nèi)對統(tǒng)合主義的理解主要是以制度結(jié)構(gòu)取向為代表,政策制定過程取向則鮮見于我國相關(guān)研究文獻。從理論和實踐發(fā)展來看,需要在理想類型層面上整合制度結(jié)構(gòu)和動態(tài)過程,實現(xiàn)兩者的聯(lián)姻以全面理解和把握統(tǒng)合主義。
[Abstract]:As a specific interest group structure and as a specific policy formation process, integralism has been attached importance to by researchers, forming two different views of integration theory before the early 1990s. The system structure of integralism has gained the superiority position, but the excessive structure-function explanation has wrongly predicted the development prospect of integrationism, and lacks the explanatory power in the face of the new development of European policy in the middle and late 1990s. The dynamic process of integration has gained renewed attention. The understanding of integralism in China is mainly represented by the orientation of institutional structure, while the orientation of policy making process is seldom found in the relevant literature of our country. From the point of view of the development of theory and practice, it is necessary to integrate the system structure and dynamic process at the level of ideal type, and realize the marriage of the two in order to fully understand and grasp integrationism.
