【摘要】：決定各個(gè)后發(fā)國(guó)家工業(yè)化和經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的因素及其背后的邏輯是什么?本文認(rèn)為,精英沖突的狀態(tài)與國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo)選擇決定了各國(guó)不同的發(fā)展路徑與發(fā)展結(jié)果。只有具有相對(duì)權(quán)威特征、超越了維持統(tǒng)治精英自身權(quán)位的狹隘性的國(guó)家,才具有有效組織與提升國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的干預(yù)能力,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性的經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家的政治發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:What are the factors that determine the industrialization and economic performance of the developing countries and the logic behind them? This paper holds that the state of elite conflict and the target choice of national development strategy determine the different development paths and results of each country. Only a country with a relatively authoritative character, which transcends the narrow position of the ruling elite, has the ability to effectively organize and enhance the structure of the national economy, which is conducive to achieving sustainable economic performance. And the ultimate realization of the country's political development and economic development goals.
