【摘要】：在全球化進(jìn)程中,特里·N.克拉克適時(shí)提出新政治文化,其框架由三個(gè)總體理念展開,包括衰落的等級(jí)架構(gòu)、資源的民主化以及變化中的結(jié)構(gòu)條件,并將其擴(kuò)展為七個(gè)核心要素,又通過(guò)詳細(xì)論述具體的22個(gè)命題證明組織起來(lái),共同支撐新政治文化龐大的理論架構(gòu)。美、英、日等三國(guó)對(duì)于新政治文化的應(yīng)用在一定程度上促進(jìn)國(guó)家的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。我國(guó)在借鑒時(shí)需考慮的因素是:借鑒西方文化時(shí)必須緊密結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,始終堅(jiān)持以中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)為核心,主干永不偏移;在運(yùn)用文化思想時(shí)以全球視域?qū)Υ?做到大眼界、新高度;在全球化進(jìn)程中堅(jiān)持合作共贏的理念。對(duì)我國(guó)目前逐步實(shí)行治理現(xiàn)代化、國(guó)家新媒體平臺(tái)建設(shè)和"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的啟示是:國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化中的新政治文化理念不可或缺,國(guó)家新媒體平臺(tái)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展更需要與時(shí)俱進(jìn),"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn)需要文化共識(shí)與合作。
[Abstract]:In the process of globalization, Terry N. Clark puts forward the new political culture at the right time. Its framework is set up by three general ideas, including the declining hierarchical structure, the democratization of resources and the changing structural conditions, and extends it to seven core elements. Moreover, 22 propositions are discussed in detail to support the huge theoretical framework of the new political culture. To a certain extent, the application of new political culture in America, Britain and Japan promotes the development and progress of our country. The factors that our country should consider when drawing lessons from the western culture must be closely combined with the national conditions of our country, always adhere to the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics as the core, the trunk never deviates, and treat it in a global perspective when using the cultural thought. To achieve a great vision, a new height; in the process of globalization adhere to the concept of win-win cooperation. The enlightenment to the modernization of governance, the construction of national new media platform and the strategy of "Belt and Road" are: the concept of new political culture in the modernization of national governance is indispensable. The construction and development of national new media platform need to keep pace with the times, and the promotion of Belt and Road's strategy needs cultural consensus and cooperation.
