美國宋代思想史研究的多視角考察

【摘要】:美國宋代思想史研究在美國中國研究領(lǐng)域?qū)儆诤笃鹬?它從支流向主流的演進(jìn)過程,折射出美國傳統(tǒng)漢學(xué)與現(xiàn)當(dāng)代中國學(xué)研究從思想、模式和方法論上彼此借鑒和促進(jìn)的狀態(tài),也反映出學(xué)術(shù)國際化的趨勢(shì)。通過對(duì)美國宋代思想史研究的發(fā)展原因、流變以及主題思想的梳理,本文試圖再現(xiàn)社會(huì)、思想、學(xué)術(shù)等思潮對(duì)美國宋代思想史研究發(fā)展的影響,并以此為觀察點(diǎn),考察海外漢學(xué)發(fā)展的實(shí)質(zhì)與意義。 本文共七章。第一章為導(dǎo)論,介紹國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、本文研究?jī)?nèi)容與方法,并就概念、材料選取等問題做了界定及解釋。第二章梳理了美國宋代思想史研究的發(fā)展背景,論證美國一以貫之的漢學(xué)研究傳統(tǒng)。同時(shí)梳理思想論域的演變以及學(xué)術(shù)平臺(tái)的準(zhǔn)備過程。第三章通過文獻(xiàn)分析,將美國宋代思想史研究分為“濫觴、歸附和合道”三個(gè)階段,并闡述各階段的特點(diǎn)。第四章為個(gè)案研究,介紹了三個(gè)發(fā)展階段中圍繞朱子學(xué)進(jìn)行的探索及其方法。第五章以“新儒學(xué)之辯”為個(gè)案,討論第二代宋代思想史研究者對(duì)宋代思想世界的開拓。第六章以精英研究為個(gè)案,討論美國學(xué)者在“唐宋轉(zhuǎn)型”的預(yù)設(shè)下進(jìn)行的社會(huì)與思想的研究。第七章作為結(jié)語,討論了美國宋代思想史研究的特色、不足以及啟示,并提出以“對(duì)話”的態(tài)度接受異質(zhì)文化的彼此交融,從而獲得學(xué)術(shù)、思想和文化上的長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:The study of the history of American thought in the Song Dynasty is a rising star in the field of American Chinese studies. Its evolution from the tributaries to the mainstream reflects the thinking of American traditional Sinology and modern and contemporary Chinese studies. The pattern and methodology of learning from and promoting each other also reflect the trend of academic internationalization. This paper attempts to reappear the influence of social, ideological and academic thoughts on the research and development of the ideological history of the Song Dynasty in the United States through the analysis of the reasons, changes and thematic thoughts of the study of the history of thought in the Song Dynasty of the United States, and take this as the observation point. To investigate the essence and significance of overseas Sinology development. There are seven chapters in this paper. The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the current situation of research at home and abroad, the contents and methods of this study, and defines and explains the concept, material selection and other issues. The second chapter combs the development background of the history of thought in the Song Dynasty, and demonstrates the tradition of Sinology research in the United States. At the same time combing the evolution of the ideological universe and the preparation of the academic platform. The third chapter divides the study of American thought history of Song Dynasty into three stages by literature analysis, and expounds the characteristics of each stage. Chapter four is a case study, which introduces the exploration and methods around Zhu Zi in the three stages of development. Chapter five takes the argument of Neo-Confucianism as an example to discuss the development of the ideological world of the Song Dynasty by the second generation of scholars in the history of thought in Song Dynasty. The sixth chapter takes the elite research as a case to discuss the social and ideological research carried out by American scholars under the presupposition of the transition of Tang and Song dynasties. The seventh chapter, as a conclusion, discusses the characteristics, shortcomings and enlightenment of the research on the history of American ideology in the Song Dynasty, and proposes to accept the blending of heterogeneous cultures with a "dialogue" attitude, thus making great progress in academic, ideological and cultural fields.
